Nice to see he's sticking with some forward lines. Going forward I think It'd be beneficial to set the lines and let them gain some chemistry. The MBS line isn't so much the issue, but if Yeti Kelly Jagr is gonna be a line, then give those guys the chance to develop some chemistry over these last few games. When Horton is healthy, slide him into Peverley's spot and drop Peverley to the "4th line". It'll be interesting to see what he does.

I disagree with this statement. I think Bartkowski is much better at skating the puck out of the zone than Hamilton.

I also think that Bartkowski is better than Hamilton 1 on 1....Hamilton either gets blown by or takes a dumb penalty.

That being said, I'd rather them scratch Andy then Dougie.

Why can't they realize that this 1-3-1 PP and using Chara on the point is not the answer.
Chara can shoot it really fast. Whoopdy do. Can't get it through and when it goes through traffic he can't hit the net. Might lead the league in broken bones but nothing else.

Think of how good Lidstrom was shooting from the point. Quick wristers or controlled hard slappers 1 ft high perfect for deflections.
Overload powerplay needs to be used. Just watch Pittsburgh
Get the puck down low and send it right back to the point for a blocked shot or a wide shot, lose puck, PP over. wash, rinse, repeat.

I'd actually say Bartkowski skates it out of our zone and joins the rush more than any of the other defensemen. I think Bartkowski has a decent game and would be ok with him out there in the playoffs. Dougie's been pushed off the puck a decent amount lately from what I've seen.

I'm ok with either of them in the line up.

It's the last games of the season. Anyone who might see ice during the playoffs is going to see ice in one or more of these games. All the other guys are going to rotate out of the lineup.

Thanks. I am hoping the Jets get in to the Playoffs.

Got a hunch we witness a big game from Lucic tonight. This kids season is about to take a turn in the right direction.

Maybe they are holding him out so the Flyers don't target him.

Me too I like Bartkowski. Like Dougie too but either one is fine in the line up.

I hope so. Looch has looked so frustrated and bummed out of late. He needs his swagger back and a good game would set him right.

The Bruins have pretty good defensive depth. Clause is smart to rotate the lower-pairing defensemen (including Hamilton) to make sure they all get some ice time as the playoffs approach.

This will be the 4th healthy scratch for Hamilton in the past 6 games. He's not playing the playoffs unless there are injuries.

Can't say I agree with it.

Some more good news, however horrible luck for Philly.

Timonen has compression fracture in his right foot...he won't play again this year.

These idiots on 98.5 are debating if Doggie should be in the playoff lineup because he is resting him tonight.

Two things.

1. If Horton had a concussion he wouldn't have been at the shirts off their back game.
just ask Dr. Recchi MD.

2. If Hamilton doesn't start getting ice time over Bartkowski i am going to loose it.

Frank Seravalli ‏@DNFlyers Hence, why Andreas Lilja was recalled today on emergency conditions - giving Flyers 5 call-ups. Laughton, Konan, McGinn and Akeson here.

Good luck to you tonight, in a self-loathing kind of way. The Bruins shouldn't have too much trouble with the Flyers defensive corps(e), which only sports Luke Schenn from the opening day roster.
