I feel bad for the guy. He really takes it to heart, I couldn't point to someone who truly wants to win more (and doesn't actually play the game) than him.

Anyone know when Pasquale becomes waiver eligible?

Year after next. A good rule of thumb (not 100% but close) is that skaters on ELC's are waiver exempt, players that are not, are not. For goalies, they generally get an extra year of waiver exemption when coming out junior.

Yep,

He was pretty short with the reporters. Pretty vanilla questions, never noticed anything that should have set him off.

Yea I sense Craig isn't a fan of losing.....nobody is of coarse! The Moose moved to Winnipeg in 1996-97 and missed the playoffs that season. Over the next 14 years they missed the playoffs once.

They will get it fixed and get it right.

Apparently the Canucks won't have their own AHL affiliate next season. Could there be some Canucks' prospects headed to St. John's? If so, who would the IceCaps want/need?

They're ending their affiliation with the Chicago Wolves? How are they going to develop their prospects now? Oh, wait. What prospects?

There's going to be a shuffling of the deck in the AHL from what I hear, but Canucks will have their own affliate next year. There's 30 AHL teams still, and each team must have an affliation to operate in that league.

I know the Abbotsford Heat are moving next season, so that may have something to do with it. They may be wanting to move their farm team closer.

Boredom has finally set in, who wants to take a stab at next years opening day roster?

This may include wishes for guys being signed or AHL players being traded on draft day. Or just keeping the caps as is now. Fire em up

Jaffray-Mouillierat-Sawada
Telegin-Lowry-Saponari
Klingberg-Cormier-Brassard
Gregoire-?-Goon

Melchiori-Ramsey
Chairot-?
O'Neill-Sol

Pasquale
Olkinuora

Not a ton of change relative to last year. I do expect to see some of Trouba and/or Scheifele as well, just not on opening day.

King makes sense. Forgot about him. Perhaps Thorburn lands there too if Peluso is good to go. That would fill out the forward group.

Not sure if Olkinuora will be an upgrade right away. He was solid in the NCAA. Ideally one of the two will take a big step forward.

This team had trouble with the PIMs last season, last person I want to see is Thorburn. Give me anyone from the jets except him. I'd also like to see Meech and Postma back, but the chances are Postma is being traded

Postma would never clear waivers either way

I would like to see Chevy/Zinger sign a couple undrafted UFAs.

Wanted Winnipeg to have a look at Brandon Walker but Phoenix snatched him up.

Hoping Sawada,Maceanuer,Maxwell,Gagnon,Arsene will go elsewhere.

Mace is still RFA so he'll likely be returning.
Maxwell being UFA makes your wish there being likely
I agree with Gagnon comment, but with his points during his callup they may be stupid and re-sign him
Sawada and Arsene likelyhood of returning are probably based on need of AHL depth or not
