Think he meant the Isles.

A lot of my friends are taking for granted the fact that we do very well against the Flyers and are assuming we will win but I'm not looking forward to Philadelphia in the spoiler role!

It's a beautiful day in the neighbourhood, a beautiful day!

Sens beating the Caps last game was important to make this a meaningful game for them.

Panthers are now my most favourite team after the Sens, Caps were so 5 minutes ago! Really prefer to not play the Pens in the first round.

Ok so we've got the Caps on Thursday, and they just clinched, so they'll probably be resting their top players, which means should have no pro...

Come on Panthers!

The way the Bruins and Canadiens play right now, I wouldn't mind finishing 7th.

NO! This is what we've said about every other team the Sens were supposed to beat. Most recently, the Penguins. Go out play hard, earn the victory, win the game, clinch.

If we can't win one of our last 3, I'd rather we not make the playoffs anyways.

We have the tiebreaker over the Islanders we tie them in ROW. We are 2-0-1 against them this year, and both our wins were regulation wins. Since it's not an equal number of home games between the two, we don't count Ottawa's home game against them. They got two points against us, and we got three against them.

Ovechkin ain't resting, that's for sure. He's 3 points away from Art Ross and needs to secure Rocket Richard.

Was meaning vs the Islanders since we can catch them in ROW.

As mentioned we have the tie-breaker on head to head. Also checked and we have the tie-breaker against the Rangers as well if tied in ROW and if it came down to it then, and I believe we have the tie break in case of a three way tie as well as we get to drop our SOL against the Isles... so that gives us a perfect point % of available games - while the Rangers have most of the points between them and the Islanders (so overall point % is split between the two).

Caps clinching is great! They should feel free to drink heavily for a couple days to celebrate.

Rangers now know how the Sens feel. Outshoot the opponent 36-16, just can't put the puck in the net.

EDIT: I SWEAR TO GOD IF I SPOKE TOO SOON

Sens playoff chances increase by 10.3%, up from 85.8% to 96.1%.

This day was huge for the Sens. If all went wrong, the Sens playoff chances would be -13.6% down to 72.2%.

Tonight was a difference between a 72.2% of making it to a 96.1%.

EDIT: Please no jinx Rangers.
