At least the Devils and the Sabres won too..! Calgary-Nashville tied 2-2, one period left.

edit: Nashville takes the lead

I've listened to Jack a few times this season, and he's actually been quite enjoyable, which is a change. Maybe he's trying to make a case for Olympic coverage, but based on previous Edwards experiences he's been quite reasonable.

I'm not usually a supporter of retreads. But he does work well. And can move up and down the lines.

Depending on money I'd be hard pressed not too.

Oh damnit Hartnell. I hope Jags is alright. Harts looked like he had a "Oh ****, oops" moment there.

Jagr just got a puck to the face. He is not having fun tonight, getting knocked around a lot.

He did national at one point. He has the ability to give a healthy goal call for the opposition when many announcers sound as if they just found out about puppy heaven when the other team scores.

Oh, did you actually hear that? haha.

It did look like he took great interest in Jags' welfare there. I believe they were pretty close.

announcers are pimping Mason pretty hard.

hinting it isnt just his save its how hes making the saves, which in turn gives the entire team confidence..

hmm that sounds familiar..

Edwards has been, gulp, very good since the Bruins won the Cup.

And, yes, Beef, the audio picked up Hartnell checking on Jagr.

It was his complaints about penalties/non-penalties, hits, and his fight calls that generally did me in. He's been good this year, though.

Well the Flyers haven't had a good puck handler back there since Hextall.

I don't think I've heard anyone say anything nice about Philly fans.

I'd give a slight edge to Thornton. He had Rosehill in a vulnerable position and held back a bit at the start, too.

I'd say Mason wins the audition.
