Dustin Brown

I loved watching this guy play last year over here in NY on Center Ice. What do you think about him this season? Break out year with Marc Crawford?

Seeing how Crawford was able to turn around the careers of Naslund, Bertuzzi, the Sedin's and has brought along players like Cooke and Kesler... I imagine Brown will have a more prominent role this coming season.

It is also great to know that Brown is coming off of an excellent performance at the World Championships, scoring 5 goals and 7 points in 7 games. He was ranked 4th in the tournament in goals scored.

I was really suprised about his guy in World Championships. I attended few USA games live in arena and Brown sure was one of the best out there. Very fast player and doesnt have bad shot either.
Hope to see him develop even more this season.

Hey, I may be Irish, but that does not mean I'm always drunk.

Yeah! Come on guys! There's always the 5 minute window between the time he wakes up, and the time he gets his first drink.

That's a good point. I can definitely see Brown as one of the players who benefits most from having Crow as a coach.

I'd have to say the same for Cammalleri, as well. They will both thrive in a more up-tempo, less restrictive system.

Also, Crawford might be able to perhaps bring along Kopitar like he did with Forsberg with the Avs.....good for the young talented guys to have MC at the helm.
