Brian Sakic

While reading about Joe Sakic today, I found out he had a brother who was drafted.

http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/p....php3?pid=4738

He was passed over in 1989 and was a 5th round pick in 1990. He seemed to have good numbers and kind of a late-bloomer? Why didnt he make the NHL? Was he too soft (only 126 PIM's in 343 games) and was only selected due to being Sakic's brother? Why didnt he even play 1 game atleast at the AHL/IHL level despite being a good scorer in the ECHL?

If anybody would have any info on him, I would be thankful.

Brian Sakic, I believe had some kind of character problems including his involvement in some kind of sexual assault case while playing in Swift Current.
