HockeyDB Trivia

Ran across this while looking something up:

Assuming he stays healthy (he is signed), what player will be suiting up on opening night for his TWELFTH National Hockey League team?

Beating Michel Petit's 10. Is there anybody else up around 12?

Yeah...they make a big deal about it every trade deadline when he's inevitably moved.

His new team is the New York Islanders. Jeez, they gave him a 3 year contract I think.

Nobody else with 11

Two players with 10: JJ Daigneault and Michelle Petit
A slew of players with 9 including ex-Ducks Bobby Dollas, Tony Hrkac, Jim McKenzie, and ex-Kings Paul Coffey and Grant Ledyard.

I'll try and give you a harder one next time.

Man, if I had a nickel for every time I've used that line............

Didn't Brent Ashton play for about 77 teams?
