Why does everyone think Brown is going to get suspended for that ?

He wasn't even looking at the guy. Brown's knee on Knee contact in the playoff's was WAY Worse.

I didn't see anything wrong with that Brown hit, honestly. Pomm's head was below Brown's shoulder! Pomm was coming in for a hit and was going into his crouch but Brown saw it coming and caught Pomm in the middle of his crouch. Pomm lead his head right into Brown and it seems like his lights just when out instantly!

What knee-on-knee?

It was proven time and time again that Brown DID NOT make contact with Rosival's knee. It was shoulder-to-shoulder and knee-to-thigh, hence Rosival ending up with a charley horse. Let's not make Brown out to be a dirtier player than people already think he is.

Wasn't it an upper thigh bruise? Shades of Paul Pierce in the Finals.

I fully expect Brown will not be playing next game due to the Shanaban.

Think he's talking about Rozsival but that wasn't knee on knee

Mayor thinks the most that Brownie will get is a fine.

And we are tied with the guppies in points.

If that happens, the meltdown on the main board will be one for the ages

Best case scenario at this point is us winning tomorrow and beating San Jose and St. Louis winning out against Calgary and a hawks team sitting their stars. We get home ice against st in the first round.

Didn't see much of the game, but what I did see was hilarious. Gonna be hard to match the intensity of a team calling it the biggest game in franchise history. I'm surprised Clutterbuck didn't channel Yakupov after his goal.

Those guys get so ****ing amped to play us it's unreal. Not too mad with the result as long as we hit the playoff switch.

O/U on main board explosion when/if Brownie doesn't get any action against him for Pom-egranate hitting Brownie's elbow with his face?

Sidenote: Brownie with a hint of Pomegranate sounds like it could be tasty

I think he'll get a fine, but we've had some Kings player do worse this season and only get fines.

Worth repeating. This is probably one of the hardest things to get used to as a fan of a defending cup champ team. EVERY opposing team wires themselves up to play the Kings, and man do players go bat-**** crazy when they beat us.

They celebrated their 2nd goal on the bench like they won the cup.

Yep, the main boards is calling for anything from 2-5 game suspension with a majority calling Brown the dirtiest hitter in the league.

I've broke it down in Final Cut Pro and looked at it frame by frame and contact looks more like it was upper forearm on Pomms shoulder/chin area and then his momentum carries him into the rest of Browns arm. It really looks like Brown was NOT trying to hit his head but more like expecting an upright hit, say in the chest and not expecting Pomm to be leaning forward reaching for the puck as contact was made.

That was the Clutterbuck one, right? He went all Doan face! It was nuts.
I mean, it was must win for them so good for the Wild, but can't match that every night.

Also, it would take a real man to get suspended while carrying the puck. Geez.

All opinions aside, this has to be the first time a Kings player has had a 10+ pages thread. Does this mean we've arrived?

Not calling Dibs but for all to use if it happens

Nah. Pominville did get hurt and I don't want to associate with that. I really do hope he's going to be okay though.

I wouldn't.

Not only will it be perceived as a classless move, but it will paint a negative picture of our fanbase.

And to add to that, you'll get an infraction. No avatars depicting injuries guys.
