I know I'm not part of this league but I have one concern.

I AGREE with your rule for back-up goalies, but couldn't you get screwed when the CPU swiyches goalies during advances?

Instead of a minimum # of games, how about a minimum # of minutes? 600 minutes or 10 GP equals the same amount of time. Or are you trying to avoid having people work around thatrule by playing their goalie when the game's decided?

Yeah, that is why we chose not to adopt that as a qualifier.

Brad Stuart may not be getting a contract offer this offseason.

The one time I let the guy shoot the puck, he hits Eric Staal in the leg and injures him.

VS is underway!

Game 1: 3-1 victory for the Oilers off some mediocre Columbus goaltending.

Game 2: 2-1 Columbus. Edmonton just got beat everywhere, could have been 5-1 easily.

Game 3: 1-0 double OT win for Edmonton, RNH is so skilled he just passed it into the net for the winner lol.

Game 4: 2-1 win for the Oilers. Close game, equal shots, TOA was close until a ton of pressure from the blue jackets in the third but Kipper stood on his head.

Game 5: 4-3 victory for Columbus to stay alive. Not Kipper's greatest game.

Game 6: 3-0 win for Columbus. Screw you Kipper and your terrible goaltending, a direct slapshot from Douglas Murray should not go in!

Game 7: Oilers win a nail-bitter to take the series! 2-1 final.

defeats 4-3 and move on to round 2.

Great series Boots, gave me a scare coming back from down 3-1, Mason was a beast outside of game 1.

wow, it`s actually been a gripe of mine that players aren`t hurt by pucks shot at them in this game...never seen it happen, some horrible luck right there

Everyone: http://www.easports.com/nhl

Seems like EA servers are down during this maintenance...

Avs take a commanding 3-0 series lead with a 2-1 win in OT, scored by matt duchene.

Only problem is EA didn't count the game, as we were somehow allowed to play it even though they were going through maintenance. So it only shows two games played. Options are being discussed how to move forward.

Are you guys going one game a day or something?

And you can just play his CPU for that third game and move on to the fourth.

Advance is tonight, guys.

You sir are one of the better players I have ever played. Games 1, 3, and maybe 4 were sheer dominance on your part. After Game 2 I thought this might be an even series, but then the 2nd period in Game 3 happened lol. anyways best of luck to those still in the playoffs and Stocks please win the cup so I can say I lost to the eventual Stanley cup winner...

Yeah, Stocks is legit. Played him in Fantasy last season and he took advantage whenever I made any mistake.

Would like to make the cup finals and get a rematch, but have been incredibly difficult to set up a time with. When I am online he either has connection issues or other things he has going on. Due to work I may either have to push the advance back or end up simulating the series. Pretty annoyed.

Fell to the in a very defensive 7 game series. Down 2-1 in Game 7, Braden Holtby made a pretty ridiculous stick save with 2 minutes left, and Michael Grabner hit a cross-bar with 40 seconds left. I sorely missed John Tavares and his sniping abilities. The Caps are flat-out frustrating to play with so many perfectly-timed poke checks, and he was a very, very good 7 seed.

With that being said, it's off-season time here on the Island, meaning it's updated trade block time.
http://hfboards.hockeysfuture.com/sh...&postcount=126

Kyle Okposo and Matt Moulson annoyed me to no end during the series and I am open to trading one or both in the right deal. I am also willing to listen on one of my star veteran offensive D-men in Mark Streit and Lubomir Visnovsky. I am really looking for a first line playmaking LW to play with Tavares and Grabner. I would also be interested in potentially a younger OFD since I don't expect Streit and Lubo to be around for too much longer. So message me with trade inquiries if you have any.

Side note, if you want Rick DiPietro, just ask. I'll even drive him to the airport and pay for his plane ticket to your team.
