I am for this.

The hell with the tank at this point. It's already blown.

Probably going to miss this one due to a research paper being due at 11:59:59.

Hopefully Konan does well.

Ahh I could care less about that. It's an overrated rivalry IMO. That said my overall feeling is I could care less if we win or lose at this point.

The rivalry is second only to Montreal/Boston and the Leafs & Habs haven't met in the playoffs since 1979. Their regular season games have greater intensity than many playoff games, even when one of the franchises is struggling.

A Leafs/Habs playoff series is a big deal as a prospect in Canada.

It's the series I'm most looking forward to in the first round... and I'm not particularly fond of either team.

Yeah I get the whole history thing. I'm only 22 and not Canadian so that's probably why I feel that way. Both teams have been mediocre during my life time for the most part also. With said I would say right now the Flyers/Pens and Bruins/Habs are the best rivalries going in hockey IMO. Maybe I'll change my opinion after seeing a series with these two teams. It's hard to build up excitement without the teams meeting in the playoffs much.

Nabokov and Bryz were really having an animated discussion pre game on the ice during warmups...I'm sure Panaccio knows what was discussed

No complaints this year.

Nice to see Zac get some recognition.

Danny, you CAN pass to the D if you need to.

Poulin is looking very Poulinny. We can score goals tonight.

Barclays Center execs are "weighing a change" in the Islanders' royal blue, orange and white team colors to align with the team's relocation to Brooklyn before the '15-16 season, according to sources cited by Josh Kosman of the N.Y. POST. Islanders Owner Charles Wang recently said that while he was "turning over the business operations to Barclays Center, nothing much will change." However, a source said that Nets and Barclays Center CEO Brett Yormark "is leaning toward a recommendation" that the Islanders "undergo a complete rebranding." Sources said that Barclays Center is "currently holding separate focus groups of Islanders fans and Brooklynites."
