depends on the program, but there are probably loads of people with 4.3s though.

I've met people with 4.1-4.2 in engineering. I'm sure there's people with the same, if not 4.3 in JMSB.

It really depends, if I remember right I think you had said on the board you have a high GPA as well. I don't think it matters at a certain point. If I'm an employer 3.5-3.9 seems same to me. Obviously someone with 4.0/4.0 or 4.3/4.3 will be more noticeable but they are rare.

I used to have a high GPA. I started my accountancy major this year and the courses are hard. I was just curious to see if people can still have a GPA over 4 at JMSB after 2 years.

Is it normal that McGill takes so long to process grad school applications?

I already received the decisions from all other grad schools I applied to; yet, my grad school applications at McGill are both still at "Ready for Review" which means they haven't gotten to my application, two months past the deadline (while I applied in early November).

Can anybody tell me anything about McGill's Physical Therapy program? Thinking about applying there when I can.

I did both and did better in 233. The solution manual for bith(same book) is easy to find.

A friend has about 3.9 in engineering after 3 years. I don't see why it's not possible.

Question for you guys. I just started studying business at UQAM and am thinking of transferring to a better business school. I was wondering if it was possible to get my classes credited at HEC.

Also, say someone does his BAC at one university, can he usually do his masters at another or does he have to do it at the same? I'm kind of a noob with these things

- What's wrong with ESG? Beside the new party every day thing

- It's possible, but it depends. Some may not be accepted, so you have to check with whoever is directing the program you want to transfer to.

- Absolutely. However, I hate dealing with bureaucracy so I found it way easier to apply at the same, because I didn't need to wait for official documents or pay for applying. But that was really me being lazy.

Nothing wrong, I actually like it but I'm thinking I can have better opportunities if I go to a more prestigious school.

Anyone with experience taking SOCI online electives?

SOCI 282 - Canadian Society
http://econcordia.com/home/CourseDet...r=45&f2=0&f3=0

This looks dope. 25% for discussion board, 39% final and I can bring in one paper of notes. Is it really that easy or...

People say the final is very difficult and if you wanna get a good grade you will have to work your ass off. That's not good for an elective :p

Anyone have any breeze-by (online) electives other than CHEM 208 and THEO 206 to recommend for the fall? Gonna be really busy with non-school stuff so I need something to cushion my other 3 classes.

Take Exci 233. If you don't get an A or A+, then you are mentally retarded.

Full, but will keep it mind.

I've got EDUC 240 registered online for the fall, but not sure how worthy it is.

Never heard of that class. You should try to get into exci233 if you don't wanna do **** during the semester and still get an A. Class average is 85 going into the final lol

Is that Training and Development?

I didn't find that class too difficult, if I'm thinking of the right one. It was very similar to OB.

Also, PHIL 210 (Critical Thinking) was both rather simple, and pretty interesting. One of the few classes I've taken at Concordia where I still remember some of the material.

It is yeah, if I'm not mistaken.

My issue with PHIL classes is that I've heard TAs can be complete dicks when it comes to marking if your views don't correspond with the prof's.

I'll look into it too. Thanks man.

I wish I had general electives instead of some classes I've had.

120 credits of engineering core, 9 prereq math/physics, 3 credits of huma/sosc. lol

I have a question for JMSB students;

This Fall will be my first semester at JMSB, I would like to know what are the easiest non-business electives to boost my GPA;

So far, I've registered for FFAR 398C (action films) for this Fall and FFAR 298X (video games) for the Winter term.

From reading this thread I've come across Inte 290, Exci 233 and Theo 206, but I would like to have some guidance on that reguard; are those classes still easy? And are there any other classes where you can get an A+ rather easily?

And what about CHEM 208, it looks like an easy online class.

I took this class 3 semesters ago and it was the easiest class I've ever taken. My cousin took it last semester and he said the same. It's basically sec 4 science... not hard at all. Guaranteed A+.
