I think we have bigger needs than D-Line... But alright.

Johnathon Hankins -- Great value, but I think it may mean Anvil won't be back after next year.

Agree and disagree. We have talented guys on the D-line like Linval and JPP, and now Jenkins, so we could've definitely gone somewhere else...but the more the merrier. JPP struggled and Linval got tired because they were the only dudes pulling their weight- if they had help they would both take off. Hankins is great value where we grabbed him according to most mock drafts.

Interesting. Why get rid of Linval? Cap space?

Doesn't address a major need (like LB), but a good pick nevertheless.

Well, his contract is up. Depends on how much he asks for.

Is Ojomo going to get any playing time this season? Dude rocked pre-season last year and then never saw a snap in 16 games.

Would be retarded unless they plan on signing a placeholder. Or is Garrard still on the roster?

He had a lot of injury problems over the year.

Did he? I thought I specifically remember him just being on the practice squad and never getting a shot. Alas, my memory is terrible again.

Yeah they'd just let Garrard start for a year.

Yeah, that's what I would do. Let Geno learn from him. Should be a good mentor.

Wouldn't it be funny if he then went to the Browns as a FA? The same team that originally traded the pick to the Jets that they used to select him?

Even if that doesn't happen, the connections are already pretty interesting given that the Jets selected Sanchez with that pick - and then only had the 39th pick because the Browns, who otherwise would've slotted in at 39, selected Josh Gordon in the 2nd round of the supplemental draft last year. (Not that I have a problem with that - Gordon is well on his way to developing into a legit #1 NFL wideout IMO.)

Amidst all this action BTW the Browns apparently acquired Bess from the Fins for a swap of picks in the 4th & 5th rounds. I liked what little I saw of Bess last year. Our receiving corps going into next year is now Gordon, Little, Bess and Nelson (with Benjamin the 5th option and KR). I'm very happy with that (not so much with the guy throwing the ball).

The New York Jets have agreed to terms with free agent offensive lineman Stephen Peterman.
31 year old vet guard from Lions, with him and Colon I imagine a guard will be high priority in next years draft.

Does not give Jets fans much of a season to look forward to.

Is it just me, or have Mel and Todd loved every pick since the first round?

So, now my Browns are up. Do they take Barkley, Nassib or one of the other QBs available? Certainly those two would be good value.

Well, I know we needed a CB, but I was kinda shocked they didn't take a QB.

Wow, and there goes Honey Badger.

Mel is the worst. Todd is bad, too. Only reason to watch them is if you don't have NFL Network (I don't). I hate them.

The only thing worse than Mel's opinion is his hair.

Oh, c'mon, I enjoy Mel's hair. It's rare that you see the legendary Immovable Object live on TV.
