If Detroit loses & CBJ win, CBJ in.

Minnesota needs 1 point to stay in the playoffs. Detroit needs 1 point to stay in. CBJ need 2 since they lose the tie breakers to both Minnesota & Detroit.

That any clearer?
the odds of minny not picking up 1 point against edmonton and colorado is slim to none.

For those of us (including me) who thought the Wild would not pick up at least a point against the Oilers...

it's 3-0 Oilers in the 1st. Anyone got soy sauce for my crow?

The Wild have a chance to clinch a playoff spot at home, and they're laying a huge egg.

I would laugh if they somehow miss the playoffs.

Well if it holds up, the Sharks will be no lower than 6th. Ducks will be eliminated as an option.

Damn it Chicago. Why not rest your stars against Calgary and then play them against St. Louis.

Remember when all of the "experts" picked the Wild ahead of the Sharks? Good times, good times.

All because they added Parise and Suter. Forget the rest of the defense corps and forwards.

Minnesota looks like a team ripe for getting swept. I really want Columbus to make it now. They're playing much better than Minnesota and would actually make Chicago break a sweat.

Heh. I'd laugh and laugh if the Wild missed the playoffs and Buffalo won the lottery with their pick.

4-0 Oilers. And they have just 7 shots on goal.

Brodin and Suter play 55 minutes a game.

They have the tie-breaker over Columbus right? Maybe they're tanking for Chicago

I could see Dallas beating Detroit and both the Wild and the Jackets winning tomorrow. I think that would give the Ducks the easiest first round match up which doesn't make me happy.

Tomorrow gonna be cray yo...

Lundqvist may have wrapped up the Vezina with his shutout today. I don't see Bobrovsky winning it without making the playoffs, and I really don't see Niemi winning it because of the market he plays in. It's very unfortunate for Niemi. He's played very well this season, and he's at least deserving of a nomination.

I hope Niemi isn't even aware of the Vezina. If he plays like he has throughout this season over the next 20-30 games, that's all we can hope for. I think he'd much rather have another Cup than a Vezina

Let's go Blue Jackets. It will be great to get a team like them into the postseason, considering the crap they had to put up with this year, losing the All Star Game and stuff like that. Probably the best story in the NHL this year.
