Ther is very interesting interview with Zanoski about realy wierd stuff from Raymond. Kristan was talking in such way you had feeling Medveščak is finished chapter in his career.

Also in roster is Gal Koren, center 21, who has dual citizenship, but he is playing for Slovenia - probably will play in WCH in Stockholm. I presume that he is staying.

Obviously we have some players for KHL, but most of key players have already new contracts. Maybe they could make an offer to Žiga Jeglič (winger, 25). Most flashy player of current selection and 1st liner of NT.

I would like that "Bears" would sign one of our defenders, but best two (Robar and Kranjc) are staying in Germany.

KHL in Slovenia? No way! One club Jesenice already folded last summer, other Olimpija has huge debts and has one of smallest budgets in Ebel. We don't have money ;-)
What about Kovacevic, Sabolic, Urbas? Do they have contracts for next season?

Sabolič signed extension with Ingolstadt. Kovacevic !? I would rather then see Phil Oreskovic as someone who can play for NT after two seasons.

I would assume they'll be after guys from all over that area. It looks like Jan Mursak, Andreas Nodl and Thomas Pock won't be retained by their current teams, so it's definitely possible that they take on more players from that area of Europe. Maybe even Stephane Da Costa (France) will be on the radar if Ottawa doesn't re-sign him.

Could be a good group of players with some NHL experience for the team.

Do you have any information on Luka Vidmar, Daniel Koger, Zoltan Hetenyi, Janos Vas or Rok Ticar? Could these players end up in Zagreb?

I don't have any infos..

I am not sure Vidmar, Koger and Vas can bring smth more than depth, and for that it is better to sign some cronucks that will be NT players in two (or in some case four) years.

Tičar would be nice addition for, maybe 3rd or 4th line center, while Hetenyi could be nice backup goalie, but I am sure first goalie target for Medvescak will be Dekanich (cronuck).

Hopefully very interesting summer is in front of hockey fans in Croatia.

Luke Gazdic - in NA is average, but his physical style can be good for you. Tyler Murovich - never heard about him
Joel Rechlicz? - great enforcer, would love to see him in KHL.

Who's next?
Somebody from europe?

Nathan Perkovich, John Hecimovic for example?
Dekanich has some injury issues, but is a good goalie. His GAA is up this season.

Piskula may latch on with Milwaukee/Nashville. He is steady and from U Wisconsin.

Gazdic - I saw him play last night. He can leave now. Good playoff beard!

As said Sabolič extended with Ingolstadt, Kovačević? Keep searching ...

Tičar is staying in Köln, had great season, played really well in playoff.

Urbas was released so is looking for new club, but I would assume he is staying in Sweden where he is playing already for 7 years.

I see everyone on your list but Rechlicz and Gazdic succeeding.

He really did not look good this past season, except for the last 4-6 weeks of the season. Guaranteed to let in 1 or 2 softies a night

2.98 GAA. 41st out of 47 AHL Goalies

.895 Save %. 47th out of 47 AHL Goalies

Our other goalie had a slightly better season, which was why we were 14th in the east

Tonight Gazdic was fighting a guy who is my size, about 5'9" and 170 lbs. It was really ugly. He may have to play in Europe next season after that fight!

Dex is a pretty good AHL goalie who just had a down season playing on a pretty bad team, he'll do fine if he gets here in Zagreb.

As for Luke Gazdić, he's a great fighter who can play on Medveščak's 4th line.

Pöck has recently signed a two-year contract with Klagenfurt (EBEL). Andre Lakos (experience in AHL, SEL, KHL and DEL) is a Free Agent though.

Gazdic will be good for them, great fourth liner in KHL which still can play ''hockey''

I doubt that they are going to change club policy too much so i expect them to stay on the North American line and sign mostly Canadians and Americans. Just of higher profile of course.

Luke Gazdić isn't a goon, he can actually play hockey, but hey if calling him a goon makes you happy go for it.
