How about those Seth Jones highlights? Could they not find any of him lacing up the skates?

Why did CSN just have a list of the top players in this draft with Zach Fucale as the 3rd ranked overall player over MacKinnon and Drouin?

Oh no did they just leak the Flyers rankings for the draft? I hope no other teams see that.

The regular P90X workouts weren't a problem for me after a week and a half. The yoga workout though? Holy ****. It killed me every time I did it. I don't think I made it through a full session.

Mason looks good. I feel so conflicted about our goalie situation. On one hand, I'm a little upset that Bob is playing so well this season but I also think this may be his peak due to the shortened season and new conference considering it took half a season for the East to figure him out. On the other hand, Mason looks really good right now and I would love nothing more than for him to turn into a stud for us for many years but I'm still wary about that happening. On my third hand, I still like Bryz and am hoping for him to have a real good season with us next year under a healthy (and hopefully improved) defense.

Also, Akeson looks good from what I've seen as well, I wish that Voracek would've been there with his stick on that play they had late in the first.

Definitely

It really is a good program if you have the right body type. You have to follow the program to a t though and you can't be lazy. Mass was never an issue for me, I was a 5'8" 180 pound 9th grader (now 5'11" and 220lbs) so this program really wasn't for me

Yoga was def the worst part of the program for me. It's like an hour and a half long too
