Cowardly move by Phaneuf crosschecking White in the back at the end there.

Good game guys. Really had us bottled up there. Hope to see you in the playoffs, or if not good luck the rest of the way. Peace

Who do we wanna face ? Leafs or Sens ?

Sens got Karlsson back and their goalie is freaking hot.

I'd rather get Leafs, they are garbage.

Thanks. And you're right - our games have turned into mutual embarrassment events. Weird dynamic between the two teams...

I am a big Price fan.

You go with the hot hand. Give Price the start in the first game but do not be afraid to finish the series with Budaj if it comes to that.

So these two teams have yet to have a quality game against each other. The 1st game of the season was a dog fest, and the 4 others were blow outs by one of the teams. Nothing like playing Boston and Ottawa, which are intense hard fought games.

All things considered I'd prefer to play the Leafs over either the Sens or the Isles, which is our choices right now.

Nah - I know you're right. I was just looking for an excuse to use "Budajism" in a sentence.

After last year's nightmarish year, this is very satisfying. I guess last year's nightmare got us a future star player so it was worth it. Great job AG27 on a great season! Same with Gallagher!

Story of the night is. "And then the Habs turned it all the way on!" Hopefully it will also be the story of the playoff!

Guys. We aren't expected to go far in the playoffs against the Leafs. We just aren't. We have had zero playoff experience, we've never made it to the ECF in the last 2 years at all and beat two of the best teams including former stanley cup champs x2.

We haven't been 1st-3rd in the LEAGUE all season up until recently.

No, the Leafs have THIS one in the bag because they've finally managed to squeek into the playoffs for the first time since we realized the earth revolves around the sun.

We may as well just hand over the Stanley Cup to the Leafs. No one can ever beat them at all. Why even try playing against them? They KNOW that during the playoffs regular season means nothing and the entire game/energy/plan changes.

Our boats. They're just burned bad man....

So, question - Mclaren 24 mins in penalties for one incident while losing in the third. Macarthur 14 mins in penalties later in the same period, same situation. Orr out looking to go at the final whistle.

Was this the last gasp of this ***** for the season or does Mclaren play in the playoffs at all? Does the NHL just give him a game now for his double-misconduct shift, does the team say thanks but why don't you step aside for a hockey player now that the its playoffs, or does Mclaren play game one? I'm sure hoping for the latter.
