One of the Florida teams should be moved before Columbus.

Hope you're kidding.

Getting something like 20% of your season's production over the last two games in blowouts shouldn't win you the Calder.

Gallagher deserves it for the way he plays, the tangible impact he's had on his team's record, his +/- and consistency over 48 games.

So Halak finishes the season with a .899 sv % and only played 16 games.

I wonder if he will be bought out.

Shame to see a talented player limited by injuries like that...but because of that, he's basically a backup.

Wouldn't the injury stop the buyout.

As a Habs fan, of course I want Gallagher to win the Calder! But I just think they'll give it to someone who has the most points.

Edit: Yeah, Gally is probably going to win it. Just checked he played less games than Yak and Hubs.

It should be an interesting game between ottawa and boston.

I have to think that the incentive factor favors ottawa. I mean, they would end up facing the penguins with a loss, although they might end up 7th with an otl... I'm not sure if they have the tie break over the isles.

Anyways, the sens would sure as hell face the habs rather than the pens, so you'd think that they would push hard for this victory.

I'm sure boston wants to enter the post season on a good note, but a loss only means that they play the leafs, and I don't think they would mind that too much.

Oh well, lets see what happens.

Julien said after last night that he's shooting for the division. They don't want to get punked by us. They will be out in full force. IF both teams play with full motivation, the Sens will only have it until they get to OT. Bruins need the 2. Ott is totally cool taking the 1 pt and playing Boston, though many of them would want us.

Hope the Sens can pull through, but if they do, right away - enemies. I really wish Ott had won today permitting them to leapfrog Toronto with a win tomorrow. But hey, I guess at this point, we have to worry about our team and if it's the leafs we play, so be it.

But you saw what 1 game worth of annoying trolls looks like. Therrien will have to outcoach Carlyle and Price will obviously have to more than outplay Reimer. I think the leafs will be better, much better next game if we face them. They look at video a lot and it'll be a game of adapting. And bounces. My heart cannot handle the bounces!

I think PK might have lost the Norris. Letang had a great finish and is tied with points with 7 less games..more TOI and higher +/-. Of course he's on an absolutely stacked team but I gaurantee he will win.

Why? They have good fan support, it's the on ice product that's sucked for decades.

So Nill being hired in Detroit... I know it's in the past, but man one season ago we would've killed for him.

Pleased with Bergevin and co. so that's a moot point now.

He was my first choice for the job(Bergevin was my second). He turned the chance down though due to family reasons.

I really doubt it. We'll see if he even gets nominated. There are a lot of good rookies this year. I could see Gallagher and Huberdeau both being nominated in the East. After that, there's Brodin in Minnesota and Saad in Chicago, both of whom I would pick ahead of Yakupov.

Too bad for Columbus. I am really sad they did not make it instead of Detroit or Minny.

But I do respect Detroit and their two leaders, Datzyuk and Zetterberg. They really bring their team into a playoff spot.

I would had like Minny to fail just to show their owner that throwing money out the window for two UFA playres doesn't make sense.

I don't care who wins the Norris as long as it's not one of the old boys like Chara or Weber because they don't deserve it this year.

Subban, Suter or Letang is ok with me, although I don't think Letang deserves it as he didn't mean anywhere near the same to his team as Subban and Suter did.

I would suggest to any habs fan to take a risk and start buying those 1st rnd PO tickets in Ottawa. I don't see how can Boston and their low producing offense can win this game.
