If you google "Lupul Canadiens" it should be the first hit. Lupul said the Leafs were bigger and stronger than the Habs and the split in physicality would be a difference maker in a long series.

And then the Habs beat them 4-1.

Last thing Lupul should want is a physical series. He's played in about as many games as Markov over the last 6 seasons.

He should stick to orchestrating train derailments.

Could all you bandwagon fans go away now, and leave this board back to the real fans again?

Guys, guys...they actually have shirts to celebrate their accomplishment:

I laughed so hard when I saw that before the game last night.

And those shirts are probably overpriced like their ACC tickets.

Those are shirts they'll probably put on each seat during the games.
Montreal's done it I think, Boston does it.. Philly does it.. alot of teams do it.

Atleast I hope they don't plan to sell that?... I mean... it makes no sense. It's a joke. So yeah.. I think they are giving it for free so the whole place is in blue or something.

These were being sold at Real Sports Apparel...I don't recall the Habs ever selling "200x-200y" playoff shirts outright.

Montreal, Boston, and Philly give shirts away as part of the playoff festivities. These Leafs shirts are items for actual sale.

Why do you think I took the time to take a picture and post it?

After the game last night, Leafs fans at the ACC were trying to chirp us by screaming "PLAYOFFS!"...as if that's a feat.

Just...lol.

What does a Toronto Maple Leafs fan do when his team has won the Stanley Cup?

He turns off the PlayStation 3.

Love all the butt hurt leafs fans last night LOL. "Habs won a game, but we won the season series 3-2." "Habs need the refs help". "Habs are backstabbing, diving Smurfs." "I don't care about this game, we'll CRUSH them where it really counts." No humility or being humble whatsoever...

Very surprised by this game. The Eller line destroyed the Gravo line. Nice. I hate that punk Gravo.

With the Habs winning last night it's refreshing not having Leaf fans here today telling us how great their Leafs are.

Wins 2 out of 5 games.

Thinks this means they're the better of the 2 in a head-to-head matchup.

The Leafs are a big team & are better than the Habs because of it...blah...blah....burp.

I have a message for those clowns. The ultimate form of intimidation is for a big player to threaten a smaller one in to a fight. So go ahead Leafs, if we should meet in the playoffs go ahead & continually drop the gloves & watch what happens...off to penalty box for you.

It doesn't work Leafs. As a matter of fact every time the B's have utilized this tactic it's cost them the series against us. When the B's have beaten us (see 2011) it's due to their disciplined play.

I don't know why people are playing up that the Leafs are bigger than us and that's why they won the series. None of their wins had anything to do with size, but was a result of really poor defensive play by the Habs and atrocious goaltending.

The Leafs are Bruins wannabees, except they suck at it.
