He played over 27 minutes in the two games he played since he returned.

Karlsson came back and played 27 minutes against Washington. He was great for us, but definitely not the old Karlsson.

Last game against the Flyers, you could see the effects of the injury. He looked tired and things just weren't clicking.

He needs to rest for the playoffs.

He's in. So is Alfie. Lehner and Latendresse (Michalek out) are the only changes.

Sylvain St-Laurent @ Syl_St_Laurent 41m
Robin Lehner and Guillaume Latendresse will face the # Bruins tonight. There will be no other changes in the # direction . # LD

I know. I just mean that he should play as much as possible to ensure he's back and comfortable. Though I admit he hasn't shown rust. It makes more sense to me to have him in and reduce his minutes.

Interesting. I didn't see the game so that's news to me. Perhaps they should reduce his TOI tonight. As great as he is, there's no need to play him 27mins if you don't have to right after coming back.

For your guys' sake and ours, let's hope Lehner plays a stellar game... because that's our only chance to avoid the Pens.

But yes, they are playing tonight besides Michalek according to the latest news out of Boston.

boston sitting out jagr and horton again.

The Boston Bruins expect to keep the same lineup in action on Sunday as they did on Saturday.
That means that Jaromir Jagr (flu) and Nathan Horton (head injury) will sit things out. The same lineup note might not apply to who starts in net, however, so stay tuned for updates in that area.

The Sens and Leafs are about equally dangerous opponents for us bu t the fact that leaf fans are so desperate to avoid facing boston makes me want to play ottawa so bad

Finish first in the NE, second seed.
Play Ottawa, which should be entertaining.
Watch Boston and Toronto physically dismantle one another.

Win-win... win?

The only reason i want the Sens to win tonight is because i want to see a Bruins - Leafs series.

Reasons I want Ottawa to win tonight:

1. My blood pressure may not be able to handle a series vs Toronto.

2. I could NEVER, under any circumstance, EVER cheer for the Boston Bruins.

3. I'd LOVE to watch Boston/Toronto destroy each other.

Go Sens! Win by something like 7-6 so Anderson is rattled for our series.

EDIT: Make that Lehner, since they're sitting Anderson tonight. Perfect outcome: Bruins shell Lehner early, he gets pulled, Anderson comes in and they score 2-3 on him too, Sens keep pace with scoring on a bad game from Rask, win by 1, Rask goes into shutdown mode against the Leafs, Lehner and Anderson are both shaky against Montreal.

Yep, I'm reaching far, and proud.

He'll obviously be so rattled from seeing his buddy Lehner get lit up

I hate both teams... But I don't really want to play against the sens... I'm scared of their lineup

Sens and Leafs could both be scary to play against. It's the playoffs and who knows what could happen. I think the Sens are a better team imo, but if we were to lose to either of them, it would be much easier to take if it was Ottawa. I like the Sens.

I don't know who I would want to face more. We have definitely had some bad luck vs Toronto this year.

Ottawa looks pretty bad right now. Boston all over them, winning every battle.
