Anybody without Minnesota at the bottom of their list is fooling themselves IMO.

Why shouldn't they be? Fasth is a solid goaltender, they have the talent in their forward group with Ryan-Getzlaf-Perry +Selanne etc

Beauchemin has played quite well on D

I mean I don't really follow them so i'm not up to date on their depth, but I don't see why they couldn't be a threat.

Well the talent in their forward group pretty much ends at "Selanne" so I'm not sure what 'etc.' is indicating (and even Teemu hasn't been Teemu this year). And the fact that you cited Beauchemin and Fasth who's 30 and has started only 25 games in his career doesn't really sway my opinion away from them being anything more than an also-ran.

Haha what? At least the majority of nay-sayers actually look at statistics without watching the games. You clearly haven't done either.

I should have prefaced it with the acknowledging that Fasth has been great this year, but I am not convinced he'll keep it up.

It was more along the lines saying the offense stopped at Selanne. Saku Koivu, Andrew Cogliano, Daniel Winnik, Kyle Palmieri, and even Sheldon Souray would like apologies.

Thats pretty bold when an eighth seed won last year. Wouldn't say Anaheim has no chance.

New York Rangers are going to win the cup this year. If they don't this year they will next year. The only other possibility is a big market US team that hasn't won in a while ala Chicago, Boston, LA. NYR fit the bill, just struggling to find other teams to fit this. Maybe St Louis?

Let's be honest, the Bruins have the same chance of getting out of the first round as I do winning the lottery.

Bruins fans are embarrassing. So many drama queens.

Obviously they need an update but I'm guessing they will still accept your money...
