The Drive to Make Games 3,4 and 6* at Ottawa's Scotiabank a home game thread

Still many tickets available... you can get 8 side by side tickets if available.

www.capitaltickets.ca

direct url that works for me:

http://ev9.evenue.net/cgi-bin/ncomme...pList&appCode=

Having possibly every game turn into a home game will boost our odds of winning.

I'm not sure I can go but hopefully if this thread gets 1 extra habs fan in the stands than all the better and I've done my part!

If you can spare the time and are on the fence jump off and buy your tickets!

Please Please Please do your best to be loud and crazy. Nothing would make me happier! I can't afford any tickets and I live too far away, so I'm living through all of you haha. I noticed a lot of you guys got tickets, and I hope there's a significant amount of Hab fans total. IMO it could actually be a huge factor.

(let's not talk habs fan out of it)

So really, how can we put a value on supporting the CH when they need it most, on the road, in enemy territory?

I missed the boat. The prices are practically the same as the Bell Centre now. $121 to sit in what is their White/Grey section.

Seriously though, stubhub tickets in Montreal are cheaper than in Ottawa. Kinda funny.

The site isn't just slow, it's also crappy as hell and usually crashes when regular season tickets go on sale.

Dealing with scalpers may be less painful.

You can definitely still see the ice and the play developing. I've sat as far back as third or second last row in the 300's (standing room is literally just after the last row pretty much) and you can still see what's happening.

To: AmartZing: The only real deterrent I know if standing room, is that you have to stand. It's no different than the last row of the 300's aside from that, so if you and your friends don't standing shouldn't be an issue. If you're pounding too many pints you;ll spend half the game waiting in line at the can though, prepare.

Do you know if the Standing seat are nice? It seems to be in the top, but right in the middle. We want a good time taking beer and cheering for the habs, but we don't know if the standing tickets are nice place to see the game....we don't care standing to watch the game

EDIT: Sorry just saw the post before me!

Good spots really, the view is great and you don't have sens fans yelling at you to sit down all the time.

Thanks for the input. Are there many rows in standing room or just one?
