Would've worked better as a miniseries.

Solid finale. Good, solid show. A lot better than anything else on network TV other than the superb Person of Interest.

I liked this season quite a bit, but I'm on board with those who suggest this could have been much better on a cable network. Considering the genre, content and themes in this show, they are just too restricted on a major network.

It remains to be seen, but I'm inclined to also agree that this show would have been better as a mini series.

My one criticism when watching this show is that I feel like it's been done before. The story lines, plot twists and such; "that was like on 24 when...", "that was like on Lost when..." and so on. It's the reason I never came back to Revolution after their hiatus. I felt like I've been there and done that before. I like this show better though and I like most of the actors and characters. I'm interested to see what they do next year. Do they become the next Prison Break or do they have staying power past the first season's plot?

I really liked the show. but I wonder if they will have enough in season 2 to keep viewers interested all the way into season 2.

Final episode was pretty good so I will more than likely tune in to Season 2.

Does anyone think that Carrol is actually dead? I've seen enough horror movies to know that the Crazies never, ever die.

Spoil:
Me thinks it was that other guy with Alex that we don't see anymore.
Especially since the fire was cleverly placed over the face at the end and we only see the eyes

i still think Joe has a follower in the FBI. Someone with enough power to give out a possible fake DNA report.

I could see that happening, I also think it's possible his DNA could have been planted...

Guess we'll just have to wait and see...

Most of the shows on TV would work a lot better if they were given a set number of episodes. But that prevents them from bleeding every possible penny out of the successes.

This show was totally ridiculous, but I enjoyed it enough to stick with it. I expect the next season to be close to unwatchable though.

Season definitely could have been 4 or 5 episodes shorter. Good start and ending, but the middle of the season borders on the insane and the asinine.

Can't really agree with the praise the finale is getting here. I thought it was fairly predictable. They'd gone to the well too many times with the gore and surprise twists.

I wish they could've developed the characters of the followers a little better, as they all seemed to be either emotionless robots or giggling idiots. Exactly why were there following Carroll? What was the attraction? Nobody doubted his insane murderous plans? Even Charles Manson had Linda Kasabian. The only one who seemed to have a sliver of regret was Jakob, and his reasons were more self-centred than remorseful.

The shows saving grace was James Purefoy. Outstanding actor who made the show watchable despite the continuous ridiculousness of the plot. My theory on how Joe comes back is that he switched identities with somebody else years ago.

Only up to episode 10 but that was probably the best episode of the series. The spear gun scene in a restaurant was great.

Just got around to watching the finale. Ridiculous as expected. Carrol will still be alive, Ryan and his lady friend will survive thanks to the miraculous arrival of the FBI, and every other main character will continue to die for "shock value." This series would have played out better as a 10-part mini-series. I'm not sure I'll be sticking around for the next year...though I do love James Purefoy.

And YOU get a knife to the stomach! And YOU get a knife to the stomach! And YOU get a knife to the stomach!

And the minor characters all die within seconds, whereas the main characters are merely inconvenienced.

Decent show overall, but...downright silly most of the time.

I agree, good but predictable.

CTV is airing commercials for Season 2 this January.

Surprised to see it coming back; like everyone knew; Joe is not dead. S2 might suck.
