He gained 10 lbs from last year..

Higgins gainey 10 lbs as well, now is 202 lbs I think

Komi gained 5, now weight at 242 lbs

Dandy gained 15 lbs

Ribs gained 5

Ryder lost 10 lbs, Bonk as well..

I saw Zhogy on sport 30 and he definitively looks like a man now... Expect a breakout season for this kid!!

I am happy to know that Perez is now heavier (hoping stronger too because he has all the tools (physically).

I have seen Dandenault on tv during the testing session of Thursday. What a monster he is now We'll see how it translates into his game this year.

Interesting to see so many players worked on their weaknesses during summer.

i'm wondering about dandy as well, he was a high energy fast skating player, lets say he loses a stride or 2 becuase of the weight gain but keeps up his high pace game and adds a mean streak to him we might get a very improved player in him.

Ryder was undergoing therapy for a pinched nerve so he couldn't work out. Hopefully he'll be back in game shape before Oct 6th!!

Hopefully it will not slow them down... I would be interrested in knowing about %body fat with there heavier wigth. Bigger does not always mean stronger and defenetively does not mean faster...

seriously, I am thrilled to see how much wor our habs did during the summer, wow, i would never imagine even in my sickest dreams a Perezhogin at 212 lbs.... damn... also when i saw a higgins picture he seemed bulked up big time.. he surely looks bigger.. i really think there is a lot of Timmins philosy behind our general training this summer.

Komi at 242.. damn it.. if he could only get his confidence for a full season instead of 5 games a year...

You really need to get a grip. You seem to think that A.Kostitsyn, S.Kostitsyn, D'Agostini, Grabovski, Plekanec, Perezhogin and Latendresse will all wind up being 70+ point getters for the Habs.

By picking all of our prospects to flourish do you expect to boast about how 'right' you were in a few years?

Man..Komi at 242 lbs...what a monster!

if he becomes as dominant as some were saying he would be, we'd have quite the blue chip dman on our roster!

i like how everyone put on some weight, i just hope that it doesnt slow them down though!

the smurfs, this aint!

Are the weight gains from the start of last season or the end of it. Because players typically lose a few lbs during the long season as they may not want to hit the weights as hard as they can in the offseason in order to be 100% for the games.
