Warrior Bandito or AK

Obviously the AK is a better stick, but is it worth it over the price of the Bandito? Both are on clearnece ($50 vs $80). I have been playing for about 1 year so still fairly new to playing the sport so there is obviously a peak to where gear is going to help me. Any other recomendation around this price is welcome too. Need to order tonight to get in time for my season.

from what Ive read on the stick sticky the price difference usually breaks down to materials used in construction. This translates in how fast your stick will snap back into place after making a pass or taking a shot and also will determine how lightweight it is. For 80 bucks id say go with the ak...itll most likely be lighter, stronger, and offer higher performace than the bandito

Heck, I think that the Bandito for $50 is better value, especially for where you are at. Save the money for the long run.

This is what I went with. $30 a stick extra just wasnt worth the bump when I still am trying to get my technique and everything down. $60 saved total for more ice time.

The Bandito was a good pricepoint stick, great choice.

I used the AK for the past year and a half (up to about 2 months ago I switched to Bauer) and absolutely loved it. I don't have much input as far as the Bandito but I would highly reccomend the AK. The only thing that I didn't care for in the AK was the non grip.

Yea, my final price was around $90 shipped for 2 sticks. I think the saved $50 was worth it for a stick that is still supposed to be a major upgrade over my current sticks.

WOW, I wish I would have known that sticks didnt have to feel like a burden. I came from heavier Warrior Esquire and Warrior Bently sticks that never felt 'right' and this Bandito makes me regret skimping my sticks for the past year.

If you're just getting started playing the game, once you need a stick again, I would go with a shaft/blade combo. That will allow you to mess around with different curves without breaking the bank, once you have your shot technique down.

the AK is unreal value, but from what you came from to the stick you are using is a good choice...i will tell you though that the difference between what you were using to the bandito, its even more from the bandito to the AK....problem is once you start down that path its hard to use a lower grade stick, so a great choice by you with all things considered

Where did you get them from at that price point, if you don't mind my asking?

Yea, hockey monkey. Though their selection is getting scarce for the curves.
