look how far down the Sharks forwards come down in support of their defense. Ralph's system relies way too heavily on the Dman to chase players all over the zone and try to do everything themselves.

Once again Canucks fans are ******** all over Luongo when their team can't generate a lick of offense.

game would have been over early if not for Luo. Sedin's are worse playoff chokers than Jumbo Joe ever has been .

So who didn't see this Nucks team being steamrolled by a stronger, much better San Jose Sharks team. I'm surprised anybody was picking the Nucks. Some people on this board were.

Nucks are flat broke and blue. Team doesn't have a chance.

5 playoff home losses in a row, lmfao.

Leafs are just plain awful. The NYI could make the playoffs in the EC.

Are people still defending the East? Clearly theres some patsy clubs there that have no right whatsoever to be playing in the playoffs.

Somebody said Bruins in 3, lol.

Wonder how much longer Gillis/Vigneault can survive.

Obviously the series isn't over yet but I wonder when the media will stop beating the "The Canucks are a contender!" drum. It was patently obvious that they weren't all season long.

When you get smoked in your own rink in game 1 you can almost cue up the fat lady singing.

Especially a club thats been in a playoff funk since game 7 yrs ago. Nucks have no confidence in the playoffs right now and not suited for it either. Sedins get awfully shy in the playoffs everytime, Kesler, injured all year looks ordinary.

When Burrows is your best forward you're in a world of hurt.

Sharks have around 4 forwards that I'd rather have than any Nucks forward.

Canucks fans probably don't want to admit it but Kesler looks like Shawn Horcoff right now.

The hockey memes guy is bashing the canucks on twitter i love it

@hockeymemes: Ah, nothing quite says spring like the sun shining, birds singing, flowers blooming & Luongo choking.

@hockeymemes: Hey Canucks fans that are chirping me right now, you seem angry...please don't burn down your city (I don't want that on my conscience)

I'm not really a believer in Karma, but if I was I would say that they have been receiving a massive karmic kick in the ass ever since they lost the cup in that final. From the embarrassing way they cheated by diving and biting their way to the final, to the way their fans acted both during that season and playoffs to the the post finals reaction. It has been fun to watch.

Anyone have a replay of the Reasoner hit? The one I saw didn't look that bad.

Kinda hard when you have forwards that don't know what the hell to do without the puck.

He sticks it out there pretty good. Wasn't a knee, on review, but still a dirty play. I want this guy back, he's a 1000x grittier then Belanger, lol

Not good, but at the same time is Jokinen even hurt? He was kneeling around the 30 second mark. Just precautionary as it was the end of the game in a game that was over before it started.

Not condoning the hit, just wondering about Jokinen for my pool

On another note, does Ference get anything? I'm thinking a fine. Should be good for a few upset people posting some major rants.

@TSNBobMcKenzie: 2 p.m. hearing for BOS Andrew Ference. Wasn't an elbow but it was, IMO, a Rule 48 violation. We'll see. Hearing doesn't guarantee suspension
