For the Bruins that would be nice.

Thorton came off the bench, right into the scrum and grabbed Mclaren.

I am cautiously optimistic for the game. Safe to say however they play as they did again on Saturday the series is over. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt based on the season but I expect more this time !

The Leaf team that didn't show up last night in Beantown is the same leaf team that stunk it up last season with that epic collapse and also this season to end the schedule.

Had there been a normal 82 game schedule with games against the west i seriously doubt the Leafs would have made the playoffs.

Lucic is tough, no doubt about it. He has the best boxing hands in the NHL.

Flipping the puck out is something they've been doing all season. It must be Carlyle approved. Its fine when there are no other options, but it was leaned on too heavily last night and was noticeable because it was flubbed so many times.

Don't expect it to go away, but hope the execution is better.

Def. pairings for TOR at practice: Phaneuf-Gunnarsson; Gardiner-Fraser; O'Byrne-Liles

I'm suddenly looking forward to game 2, anybody else?

Yes, Gardiner-Fraser because Franson wasn't at practice and Kostka was off-ice training .

Relax.

Well he's the coach behind getting us in to the playoffs for the first time in 9 years so I don't hate him THAT much .

Fraser shouldn't be allowed to play in this game if Carlyle wants to be consistent in how he treats players. He was Luke Schenn vs Florida bad.

JVR, Kadri and .920/2.40 goaltending.

That's why we're in the playoffs, not because of Randy Carlyle and his supposed "tight system".
