I feel like our trainers have their hands full at the moment. Can you imagine the amount of bumps and bruises our guys have sustained over the course of these two games?

I've enjoyed the supportive posts from Canucks fans, Ducks fans, etc. I guess it's that whole common enemy thing

Lmao, but it's true. Stewart was the equivalent to a healthy scratch and Sobotka just didn't play as good as normal. Good thing it all worked out in the end. I CAN'T WAIT TILL SCHWARTZ STARTS BURYING PUCKS! We are looking damn good.

I was on the fence about JBo, kinda influenced by what I've read on the trade boards and etc. 100% happy with it, and this tiny little crow is delicious.

Compliment to both teams: This series is making others look like child's play...these two teams are the biggest A to B monsters in the league.

I love having an owner that's a hockey fan, especially since he's a local guy. Basically, I'd take Mark Cuban over Stan Kroenke any day.

I would rather have a cardboard cutout of Elliott in net before Halak. (exaggeration don't go too crazy)

Pietrangelo is back to his old ways. Bouw looks great, but Petro's return to form has been HUGE...

I second this. His skating and puck control has been much noticeably better. Also with JBo by his side they can take turns pinching and both are great at holding the puck in.

Did Perron elbow a King?

Also, Petro has been great this series. Our 1st D pairing has been phenomenal.

I'm not sure what's happened to Sobotka in this series, he doesn't have that usual tenacity that he always has. He's so good along the boards, but he's been pushed off multiple times in this series. Hopefully he can get some rest and get back to his old self.

So nice to see the kings lose. Tired of seeing the goonie play the kings use. I know its playoff hockey but come on. The kings swept the blues last year after gooning an already injury plagued blues. Nice to see a healthy blues club giving the kings hell. Cant wait to see what happens once guys like perron macdonald backes and oshie start finding the net.

Exciting series so far

He had a couple good hits tonight, but I agree, he has been less noticeable than he was leading up to the playoffs.

I get what he's saying. Cuban's the owner type who's a fan. Kroenke's just a rich guy.

I like an owner who's involved, even if he goes overboard some times(Cuban) more than an owner that just has a nearly unlimited supply of money and just owns teams for the hell of it/profit.

EDIT: P9s pickin' up what I'm puttin' down.

You were saying the same thing about Elliott before the Blues added Leopold and Bouwmeester.

Not to take anything away from him but Elliott is getting some major help from the players around him in this series. They are clearing most second chance opportunities and moving the puck up ice in a hurry.

Halak, if healthy, could play well behind this D and forward group. I'm only worried if the forwards stop back checking like last year.

Can't ignore all of the bad play in this game, but I really want to after a win like that. Showed a lot of restraint and discipline after Schwartz got Browned.

Let's go Blues!
