well IMO domi has more value than Zadorov in this position, he can easily be as good as Giroux and score 80+ pts at some point. If we have to wait a couple of years for either player to be in the lineup we are going to take the BPA. They need a high scoring forward to compliment Giroux and take some offensive pressure off of guys like Simmonds, Schenn and Couturier who play tough all around minutes. You can sign a veteran D to play 15 minutes a night when you have Timonen,Coburn and Meszaros who can all play at least 20 for now.

You can give a list of two players via PM to somebody if you want.

Nice pick, ccgg. I would have taken him as well, but Lindholm slid and I had no choice but to take him.

Yeah, I follow you very closely, you're a great hockey guy. My plan was to draft a center like Lindholm, Monahan (I didn't believe Barkov would have falled and I'm not so high on Nichushkin). If they were all drafted, Nurse was the obvious pick.

Yep !
I think Nichushkin has tremendous potential, if it weren't for his KHL contract and playing there I believe he would be a top 3 pick. IMO

With the 20th pick in 2013 NHL Draft...The San Jose Sharks are pleased to select...

Valentin Zykov - Hard nosed forward who can score goals. Hard to knock him off the puck, might be the strongest player in the draft. The QMJHL Rookie of the Year this season. Not worried about the Russian factor as he is already over here. I almost went off the board and picked Shea Theodore as thought he was best offensive d-man in draft. But if either Zykov or Lazar was still available be difficult to do.

Over two of Jones-Drouin-MacKinnon-Barkov ? It's probably me. But sometimes I say "wow, he is so good, a future elite player" and there is other moments when I say "big, strong, good skating, great hands, bad play". In 5-6 years, I think he will be a 55-70 points player, which is good, but not as good as his skillset.

With the 21st pick, ''Nedved'' and the capitals of Washington are proud to select: Curtis Lazar.

Not only does Lazar have an incredible offensive tools, but is developing the necessary skills to be a two way player working hard on the defensive game. He is known for his intelligence, strong character and leadership, is well liked in his dressing room, which Washington cannot pass on.

Just to be curious, would you have traded the 27th and 34th picks for the 20th pick?

Sweet, a couple guys I really like are still on the board, which means I'll get a player I wanted.
