Well, I think we all understand he's able to have some games like that. His problems are his consistency. Honestly, if he goes in Ottawa and don't save a game there...the debate will go on and NOBODY will remember what he did tonight. Consistency is key. But as of now, that was nothing short but pure brillance.

What is funny though is that most people will remember his gamesaving stops...the ones where he stretches out and moves post to post. You know....the ones that people say he doesn't need to make 'cause he's so positionally sound? Well, even a positionnaly sound goalie needs to make those saves. And when he does, that's what we remember and believe that he played a great game. And he did.

PK Subban had a superbe interview.

Man; speaks like a leader. He's got so much intangible potential that is yet untapped.

He's been a god damn beast. The hit on Alfredsson I love.

Habs gotta keep being physical.

I wish Ottawa didn't have Cowen. He's great.

Karlsson may have been terrible, but you know he'll step it up next game. Can't back off of him.

Price needs to play with that passion every game. White is a nutbar, love it! Bourque has been superb, hope he's OK. Chucky is a baby, and look what he's doing out there!

Karlsson is fragile. Tonight showed that a couple of checks puts the guy off his mojo.

Yet all thos keepers are great, but sometimes **** happens.

Price is a keeper. Everyone doubting that should just switch team, cuz he's here to stay.

Amen.

I have to say Boruque is slowly becoming my favourite player. His play today was just perfect

Gotta say, ''god's gift to coaching'' Paul MacLean made some bizarre decisions tonight:

- Dressing Kassian instead of Conacher? Why mess with a winning lineup? Then Kassian plays 10 minutes, which is Carlyle-esque.

- Not pulling Anderson when they had pressure in our zone with around 1:50 left. Did not get that at all.

No kidding. The refs were beyond terrible tonight. Did not even care to hide their bias.

And the linesmen are even worse. What the hell happened to them? Cant they just drop the puck like they always have?

I also like Tinordi at the end of 2nd period trying to help Neil by combing his hair with his stick. Tinordi must of told the ref I want to be a hair dresser and Neil needed a little tuck. That was actually a penalty compared to the garbage they had called up to that point.

To me the not pulling Anderson would say he didn't think they weren't good enough to win the game. That could be a message to the sens in a positive, or negative view.

Glad Ryder got a goal but there are 3 rookies playing better D and playing tougher than him.

If he's gonna be on the PP, there must plays to feed him the puck in the slot, ala Cammy.

Oh I don't disagree with you there. I still remember that one punch KD but I can't seem to quite recall the Sabres' player. However, Lats did go for a few big checks tonight. He took a bit of a run on PK who dodged it (as he usually does). I'm not saying that he's somehow turned into a physical player but I think it's good to remind him of his true nature.

To be honest, if you called out every single poster on the Habs forum who has complained about something or someone at some time, then the list would be a mile long.

We won the game. No need to hassle people who were genuinely frustrated last night after losing Eller and losing the game.
