This team...
as the game moves on, they just stop using their body. Suspesct they are way too afraid to take penalties.

We all know they can do so much better... but they just act... afraid.

This 1 is on Torts, again.Cant continue to ride McD and Girardi for minute shifts.

Our powerplay, well,i cant even think of a word that decribes it.

Caps are just a better team with a better coach

This is the attitude people here should have instead of all the negative crap.

This team has played well at home (which is not normal). Hopefully they can capitalize on the next two games and make this into a new series.

Culprit #1: Torts and his **** ass "offensive system".

Culprit #2: Brad Richards and his Drury/Gomez-esque play.

I don't even really blame McD that much - he was exhausted.

Welp, the Caps won the two in their building. Now we need to win the ones in ours. Just need one in theirs at some point in the series.

My objective prediction before this series started was Caps in 5. However, I did not expect it to be this one sided offensively.

Level of play went into the toilet in OT.
Their suffering was mercifully ended.

Can anybody please tell me how long before the post-game presser with Torts will be posted?

I'm going to make one post here then I don't want to return to see what some of the cliff jumpers have to say...

-Rangers PP cost them.
-Henrik got us to OT.
-Needed to capitalize on one of those late PPs.
-I hate the puck over the glass rule.
-Series is far from over.
-Win game 3, and it's a brand new series.

Simply pathetic.
I been dealing with them since '85. At least I saw them win One.

Blaming McDonagh is ridiculous.

Maybe if the clown behind the bench would actually understand how to properly position the forwards in the defensive zone, the Capitals wouldn't be throwing a point party for two minutes.

It's the same **** we saw last year. The Capitals aren't all that great, but they coached so much better, and it's obvious that they know how to beat a Tortorella-coached team.

A 1-0 loss in OT in the playoffs is the "kiss of death" for a coach? Really?

Is this bizarro world or something?

The way we allow the other team to control the puck in our zone is something that has been a MAJOR problem with this team under Torts. The players have changed since he first got here, yet the problem remains.

As far as the over-time goal. Did you guys see how much ****ing room Green had to shoot? We play WAY too passive in our own zone and attempt to just go down and block shots instead of attacking the guy with the puck.

Lundqvist should demand a trade. He's the ONLY guy who shows up every night. Everyone else is a big, heartless piece of baby ****.

Tortorella and his magical system can go in a dark alley and **** itself.

Again, dumb play by Mcd but I don't blame him. Torts can't keep him out there that long regardless of ov coming on.

I thought the exact same thing.

Girardi went off, why couldn't McDonagh? Because Ovechkin came on? Just plain stupid. Gotta put a rested defenseman on the ice instead of a tired McDonagh at that point no matter who was on.

There is no untradeable player on this team, except for Lundqvist. Honestly, I'm sick and tired of seeing our captain cocoon into a little ***** come playoffs. Strip him of his C and ship his ass off to Buffalo.

Overrated, overpaid pieces of ****. Our ****ing Rags.

We were the better team for most of this game, forgot to come out for OT and can't score a PP goal to save our lives.

So pissed off, keyboard is broken lol.
