Love the collapsing defense. Give Mike Green 5 hours to wind up a slapshot. Brilliant gameplan, Tortoloser. Brilliant.

With regards to McDonagh staying out come on...you know if he changed and the Caps scored on that shift or we took a penalty there would just be a million comments on "Wow Torts got outcoached how could he let Ovechkin come out on the ice with our top defensive pairing on the bench."

To think the capitals have a chance to win a cup is insane. No way they can win a cup any time soon.

I think everyone's doom and gloom because we've scored 1 goal in 2 games and the season is over after the next 2 games.

Can we fire Mike Sullivan?
Everyone is focused on Torts and yes I don't like the dump and chase and the fact that 70% of the time they try to block a shot the take themselves out of the game but Mike Sullivan seems to not know how to implement a proper working Power play.
Just 1 goal on the PP, all it needed.
**** Sullivan.

Not at all true. They played a much better game today compared to game one, if you don't get that then there really isn't any point in discussing hockey with you.

It's a shame, because every playoffs media and retarded fans say that Lundqvist has never proven he can get it done in the postseason. He can get it done. He's proved that, but the problem is the team in front of him has never given him ANY support.

Trade Hank to Pittsburgh next year at the deadline, let his contract expire than resign him in the offseason. Sounds like a good plan to me.
No. If we as the fans have to suffer through this ******** Rangers hockey, then Henrik does too.

This it is; failed opportunities are biting the right side of our left asscheek now. They need to get it together and FINISH. No more of the scared to enter the zone or shoot thing... safe. is. death. You WILL DIE IF YOU'RE SAFE

I was only mad about the offense in OT (it was non-existant). The rest of the game wasn't that bad. I mean, they beat Holtby clean twice only to be denied by the iron. A game they should have won but didn't have the puck luck.

This team has not done anything easy all season, to secure a playoff spot they lost to the worst team in the NHL and then were up 2-0 in the game that would secure that go down 3-2 in the game score late and then win it in OT. This team, this New York Rangers team, can comeback from this deficit!

Can Torts, get rid of Sullivan, let Sather go to a retiring home, and have someone seriously contemplate trading Girardi, DZ, and Callahan.

Anyone blaming McD or any Dmen for that matter should stop watching hockey. The Rangers have no offensive pressure/possession, nor a half way decent transition game.

Hank and our D are the only reason Torts has not been fired yet. Our D corps is SO overworked.

I can't even be mad at the outcome, because after the first period I knew this would probably happen.
