Not sure what all this is supposed to mean from you and WTK. Are you guys saying that you prefer Bouillon and Gionta to be out? 1st Bouillon has been excellent in the playoffs so far 2nd we all know what happened last year when Gionta was out for an extended period.

Would be a huge blow if we lose both Gionta and Eller for the playoffs.

He was on the ice yesterday at the Bell Sports Complex in Brossard. Also skating were Max Pacioretty, Michael Blunden, Tomas Kaberle, Davis Drewiske, Gabriel Dumont, Yannick Weber, Peter Budaj and Robert Mayer.

Eller, yes.

Gionta, no. Play-offs are all about cycling and sustained pressure. Impossible to do that when your de-facto play is a slap shot from no where that is either crested or laughably wide.

Regardless they need to keep hitting the kid. Make him think...make him worry about his injury.

Gio isn't a big loss other than his leadership. We got some grinders in there now which is nice.......

MacLean's playing him 30 minutes a game too, if he isn't fully recovered and the Habs forecheck finish their checks on him every chance they get he will never reach 100% by the end of this series.

guys I really can't believe you want the captain of this team out. Would you really prefer to play Dumont over him? Gionta has always been a playoff performer and he put team first, he would never play if he doesnt think he could help the team.

I love that MacLean is so stupid.

Conacher plays well in game 1? Scratch him.

Latendresse plays solid in game 2? Scratch him.

Matt Kassian is a terrible hockey player. Just terrible.

Scratch or injury? He's not great, but he wasn't their worst player. Even had a point.

Yes, I'd prefer Dumont over him. Dumont threw some nice body-checks last game, was solid in his own end and knows the importance of a cycle.

I'm a huge Gionta hater but even I know losing Gionta and replacing him with someone like Dumont isn't something we should WANT to happen. Gios still a scoring threat and a even better player in the playoffs and losing him would be a blow to our team and our scoring depth opposed to what most people here may think.. The more healthy bodies=the better.

Guys .. come on, maybe the slight injury to Gionta will hurt his accuracy.. and he'll actually hit the net!

Habs winning psychological warfare. Saying they want Gryba back.

Ottawa answers by dressing Kassian.

Fail coaching is fail.

That's just ridiculous!

I want Gionta gone next year as well, but there is no way to deny that he is one of our best "playoff players" and he played really well in game 1.

Dumont over him? Get outta here!!

There is parking available around the Scotiabank Place. Last time I went it was $12 but you can probably expect higher prices now that it's the playoffs.

I went a year or two ago when they played Vancouver. It was $10, but you can probably expect $20-$25 for playoffs.

Parking is right across the street.
