Pathetic the second half of the period. We are brutal in our own zone. Caps are always in position. Wide open for their passes. People complain about Brassard, who ends out there with Boyle and Pysie. We'll be down to 2 lines this period while we are owned by the Caps 4th line again. They are the better schooled, better coached team by a mile.

I saw Pyatt on the ice waaaaay too much towards the end of that period. I guess he looked great scrambling around in the zone and screening Lundqvist on Green's goal.

Benching Zooks is just ridiculous. The guy was on for both Rangers goals and none of Washington's goals. We treat a 1 goal lead like a normal team treats a 3 goal lead.
