If there's one drinking game I'm actually gonna attempt one of these days it's the "take a shot every time a player says 'you know' in an interview". Blackout inevitable

Very exciting game and great atmosphere.

Great to see the bottom six chipping in. Boyle played his best game of the season, and Brassard was awesome. Asham is showing why he was signed, he has tons of playoff experience and can chip in with a clutch goal.

On that note, it's going to be tough to win games when your bottom six outplays your top six. Nash and Stepan were laughably bad until the gamewinner, so hopefully that gives them confidence going into the next game. As the captain, Callahan has to set the tone and lead better than he has. Richards looked a little better but is winded on every shift.

Watch a Dan Girardi interview and you'll be dead.

Brian Boyle is our Dustin Penner.

Scapegoat in the regular season. Then goes beast mode in the playoffs.

Hopefully he isn't given a BS concussion this time.

Finally, goals.

Wasn't the greatest game, though, but at least the Rangers were able to win and score some PP goals.

I would start rambling about someone who could have been better, but I don't want to get flamed at. At least they won.

LGR!

And LOL @ Zenith with his third (fourth?) stint as Brian Boyle.

Yeah. He had some pretty good moments, though, especially when he crushed OV on that hip check.

I recall once playing the drinking game where I took a shot every time an NHL player being interviewed said "Let me extrapolate".

I became the designated driver.

He should have, but it was still a penalty on Richards too, and it puts us down a man either way, at 4-3, with 2:00 left in the damn game. Dumb dumb Brad.

I'm waiting for Kershaw to tell us how Brassard was actually bad today despite his gorgeous 3 points, or how he will now suck after this. Or will he just ignore it. Either way, Kershaw would never give Brassard credit. It'll make him look bad.

He made some great saves, but that second goal could have been stopped. Maybe even the third one as well. There's no need to be that deep in the crease on a face-off.

It appears that you saw what I saw. Maybe we all saw the same thing. Funny how sometimes I read a report from someone who was actually there, and I wonder why I saw it differently.
In this case, I formed the same opinions as you, and so did the majority here.

Almost a concensus at Rangers HF Boards? Wow.

For my 18th birthday my mom and sister made a layered red white and blue cake with the Rangers logo on it and mini hockey players... Rangers decor, napkins, plates... yup.
