If there is a hockey god, we will win this game.

But we all know there isn't.

In before CBC spins this comment being negative to the Habs somehow.

OT first, the main board is so annoying right now.

On topic, all we need is one win and we're back in this series with momentum our way. The key to winning is playing a full 60 minutes. We have dominated the Sens for 40 minutes, but they take their foot off the gas in the 3rd. Stop that ****, play a full 60 minutes and win.

It's not over til the fat walrus sings.

Seriously though, I can see Budaj being a huge boost to the guys. Not to mention we're a more effective team when Gionta isn't in (not because he isn't giving it his all, but he's used wrong). I'm going to assume that the following:

Price
Prust
Eller
Gionta

Are out. White I think could come back into play, but that still leaves some holes in the lineups. MT has to play Galch more because at this point, it's the only hope we have. Game 5 is very winnable, just like the rest. One game at a time and we can claw our way back.

Galchy-Plek-Ryder
Pac-DD-Gally
Moen-Halpern-Armstrong
White-Dumont-Blunden

Markov-Subban
Tinordi-Diaz
Boullion-Gorges

Budaj
Mayer

Should be the lineup IMO.

We need to get ahead and play 60mins. No more going into a shell. Allez Montreal.

EDIT: Saw white was ruled out for Game 5. Who do we slot in?

Let's go Habs.

I predict Price plays and gets a shut out.

Whatever happen's go in with the mentality of just enjoying your last game untill October.

I have faith but I don't want to set my standards on a win and have my last hockey game (only like watching montreal) on a negative note.

Win or Lose thanks for the show boy's. 7 o'oclock goes back to being a meaningless time after all this over.

I'm amazed mods are allowed to talk garbage like that when they give infractions for mild banter. Amazing.

Just extremely arrogant.

Like I said before, for a team that has forever won exactly jack ****, they talk a lot of the latter. They've always been like that. I used to love seeing the Leafs put them in their place in the Playoffs. They never learn though.

tomorrow's win will be more than possible. If we win the boys will have the needed confidence to play in Ottawa Saturday.

Budaj will need to play like a god on saturday and if we win saturday the series will be in our favor Sunday.

We have a chance.

Imagine if Budaj's becomes our Halak 2.0

I would actually do

Bourque Plek Ryder
Pac DD Gally
Chucky Halpern Moen
Blunden Dumont Armstrong

I prefer Chucky on the wing (he plays far better as evidenced by last night) and Halpern really gave him space (sick assist). Moen suddenly woke up last game. If it doesn't look like it's working, then yeah, your preferred lineup is the way to go.

Maybe Blunden and Dumont can use their Bulldog chemistry...

My opinion of Boods is that he's the perfect backup. He can fill the void while Carey prepares for a possible game 7 (I wish game 6). I know it sounds dkish to say Carey would come in if Boods wins, but really, Price has been making game breaking saves that only he can (Anderson has been nothing since the first game, in fact he's been almost bad - we shoot RIGHT at him and not cuz he has the angle cut off : see Markov one timer in close that would have iced it in the second).

The Price IS right, but we might need a sprinkling of garlic to get him back for an epic game 7 shutout.
