Fleury, Miller or Price?

I always thought these 3 were very similar ranked goalies. Dominant every now and then, occasionally play like sieves but pretty much solid.

If you were a team trying to win the Cup during the next couple of years, who would you rather have in net?

Miller not close IMO. He carries the worst team in the league in Buffalo from 1st overall selections. I hope he is traded so we can get some franchise players.

Miller is better, plays for a team that isn't very good. More proven than Price, less shaky than Fleury. Fleury has allowed 40 GA in his last 10 playoff games.

On the flip side, he gave up less than half that (72) in his 33 regular season games.

He'd probably be a great goalie on a fringe team, actually. No pressure on him.

And on a team where its not all about offense. Fleury is the kind of goalie that needs to be under no pressure and on a defensively minded team to do well.

I dont know if I count, I try to be as unbiased as possible with these kinds of polls but for me it is Miller ten times out of ten.

I've mentioned it a few times on here the past few days, but the idea of Fleury in Phoenix is kind of mind blowing. Burke would have a lot of his technical issues corrected in no time, and with the team's super-commitment to defense it could turn Fleury into the elite goalie his ceiling should be.

I mean, look at what Burke + the 'Yotes defense has done for Bryzgalov and Smith. Literally every goalie that plays for them looks great, even career AHLers who get called up.

I don't get how people can say Miller is overrated when he has a Vezina and taken some mediocre Sabres teams deep in the playoffs. People don't like his attitude and call him overrated.

Miller. HFBoards doesn't give him nearly as much credit as he deserves.

Not even sure Miller is better than Price, but I know the gap is small. Fleury is not close whatsoever.

Miller.

And I hate that the other two will likely be playing for Team Canada next year. I'd take a 41 year old Brodeur over them.

Price, better than MAF and younger than Miller.

If you want to win the Cup in the next few years I'd take the guy that's just about to get into his prime.
