They got a few days until the next game so they're probably just rotating men in and out.

You shouldnt, 18 year olds rarely get top 6 spots. Griorenko isn't and Galchenyuk/Gallagher just got moved up a few days ago.

Anyone mind helping me by making an Eberle avatar for jadeddog to sport? Something along the lines of "Even with a broken finger I'm unsustainable"

I had the game on in the background so I really didn;t see it. Did Sestito mock Yakupov after Sestito scored? LOL

What a plug.

It's like that garbage third liner at best Zack Kassian who scored with 3 seconds left in VAN against EDM and made it 4-1? The guy looked like he won the cup.

Nobody ever talks about that

So apparently 12.03 = 12.00 since jadeddog hasn't accepted that he lost. What does everyone think?

16 goals out of 133 shots = 12.03 shooting %. Apparently there's a new form of math out there that started with "Gagner is a 50 point scorer" even though he's never actually hit that number (he should next season and THEN he can be called one). 49 = 50 and 12.00 = 12.03?

What's the fuss??? 12.03 is clearly more than 12.00, so you won the bet afaic.

I wonder if he would've been as gracious if he ended up with an 11.97 shooting %?
jadeddog referring to "Eberle won't score anything higher than 12%" in context of a discussion about whether he could maintain 18% essentially means he is for the most part correct despite the .03 out of 6.00 respective differential. For instance who is most right? Those suggesting maintaining shooting percentage or saying it will decrease substantially?

If you want to hold him to this you should go into accounting or tax assessment. While mathematically, and technically you are correct, I would be stating you're not getting one more red cent from me, and that the pennies from heaven are worth nothing anyway.
I would then threaten to pay my next year tax assessment all in pennies, dumped at the nearest taxation office in a wheelbarrow, or something like that which I got sidebared on...

ps ftr I've never welched on a bet. A bet is a bet is a bet.

Hows that for a confounding reply?

12.03 is unquestionably greater than 12.00.

This seems a lot like welching on a bet.

Where did anyone specify that they would be rounding to the nearest hundredth?

jadedog himself used the notation "12%", not "12.00%". I think he has a case.

This isn't taxes, this isn't rounding up or rounding down, 12.03, hell 12.00000001 is > 12.00000000. If I had ended with with 11.97 I would've sported the avatar, read my above comments saying that if Eberle didn't have a big game that I'd be losing the bet. I dug it up before hand to take my medicine if I lost which at the time I was losing.

Is this something in the Canadian school system or something? (not a shot at it, but I went to school in the states). I recalled the Gagner is a 50 point scorer thing as well and was completely against that as well because 49 < 50. There was no mention of rounding up or down, it was a simple bet and 12.03 > 12.00 all day every day from where I sit. If any of you that are out there that don't agree with me and you have $1 million or more, just give me 0.03 of your wealth and I'll give you 0.00 of mine, I'd be getting at least $30K and you wouldn't get a red cent.

I considered this point as well mathematically that quoted 12% and 18% operatively infers whole numbers induction only but I wanna tread lightly here.
