Nabokov is horrible. Feel bad for the Islanders. If they had an actual goalie they would be so much better.

Definitely. They're going to get better too with Strome, Reindhart, and some of the other prospects they have. My friends who are Islanders fans insist they're going to make a big trade this offseason with a package involving Nino and picks as the centerpiece for a proven NHLer. I don't know how good they'll be but they'll be in the playoff hunt in the new mega uber Division Conference whatever you call it.

Penguins will always be there, Capitals as well, Rangers should be competitive for the next 4-5 years , Islanders, and Blue Jackets are going to be better. Devils are gonna have to start rebuilding, Canes need to change their draft philosophy (need size to play in this Division), and Flyers have work to do.

Is it just me or do the Penguins score less than 2-3 minutes after every Isles goal?

Good 1st in the Pens-Isles game, Rangers should take notes on how the Isles forecheck.

I'm also pretty sure that the Pens goal was put in by the Isles D (Streit?) and should be Crosby's not Iginla's

So that's what exciting hockey looks like.

I'm in Europe and have not been able to stay awake the last two games. Honest.

The two teams I loath the most and...this is what I look like at 2:00 AM.

It's amazing how much better the Isles look than the scrubs on our bench. They play hard.

I wish we play like the Islanders. No fear. Attack. Play to win.

Horrible coverage by Hamonic led to that goal

I'm sick of Pascal ******* Dupuis. I could have his results if I had that level of talent playing with me.

He was assisted by Joe Vitale and Matt Niskanen.

Disagree, his game has really transformed. He was successful even without Crosby.

I think he would be a 20/25g player even without Malkin/Crosby. He's really figured it out late in his career.
