Do you think if I write the NHL and explain how big a fan I am and that I'm missing the game due to work they'll push the start back to 11?

ha...the nhl does not care about the fans (for references see 2 lockouts in less than 10 years and 3 lockouts in less than 20 years under the same annoying commissioner)

Whatever, win.

Won't get excited this time because I'm not convinced they can actually win a game in Washington this year, unless Henrik steals one (which he needs to do, or else this was a poor series for him) Hes been good, but he needs to be better.

The games in Washington this series have reminded me of the 2009 series in how they were played. Hank was great in games 1 and 2 of that series. THAT was how you play to steal a series.

The Rangers will be either a team today that rises to the occasion or falters...This team has had their backs against the wall the 2nd to last game before the end of the regular season up 2-0 on Carolina looking like they were going to glide through to victory and clinch a playoff spot, but after a bad penalty Carolina climbed back to tie it at 2 and then take the lead early in the 3rd. With the Rangers down 2-3 and possibility of a must win against New Jersey on the horizon, the New York Rangers went on the powerplay with less than 5 minutes to go in Regulation, the puck was passed around and it found its place on the tape of Richards stick a slap shot wide deflected straight off the boards hitting the back of Ellis's leg and bouncing in to tie the game 3-3. Then it got to overtime, what was to happen was anybody's guess, but then the Captain, Ryan Callahan comes streaking down the right side noticing Ellis is out of position rockets a shot over the glove and in to clinch a playoff berth! Then we blow out the Devils 4-0 in the regular season finale...

Now the Rangers are here down 2-3 in the series. One win by the Rangers will set up a monumental game 7 tomorrow and a loss for the Ranger would set up a long summer. However, this is a team that is on the backs of Henrik Lundqvist, Derek Stepan, and John Moore...one at each position...Today we will see them play the games of their life! Today we will watch the New York Rangers play the greatest game of this season as they take it to the caps and blow them out of New York City!

I have not heard anything official yet, most likely won't know until pre game warmups.

My guess is Clowe will be out and Kreider will be in. I also think Staal wants to be in there and 6-10 minutes of ice time by him is better than 6-10 minutes of Eminger ice time. I think we see Staal and Kreids in for Clowe and Eminger.

Just need one win!

better video than the one i last posted. Kenny albert with the call of the tying goal and OT goal from last year's game 5 against the caps.

I am sure everyone on here knows this, but just incase...there is no practice today because the game is at 4:30 today not 7:30.

I noticed someone was asking about the Alternate jerseys...i think they wore them on Sunday games in last year playoffs. So, i do believe they will be wearing them today.

Only 2 hours and 45 minutes until Rangers Game Night on MSG!!! Wow i am pumped!!!!

I agree whole heartedly with Boomer Esiason's tweet just now:

Alright. Time for Nash, Richards, and Callahan to remove the invisibility cloaks. Unlike in Harry Potter, the invisibility cloak doesn't help in hockey.
