I vote during games like clock work. Unless I need my computer to stream a game, I just crank votes out.

Philly did put Giroux on the cover though.

Yeah, but I attribute that to multiple things. Giroux had a fantastic year and a lot of people voted for him over Malkin in the final. I think John has a lot more support from non-Islander fans this year than last year.

I think the voting is dumb to be honest, complete waste of time. Just pick a player.

I agree having a vote is dumb, but since they are giving me the option to vote, I will try hard to get JT on the cover.

Nice, Simmonds beat Malkin. JT can definitely take him in round two.

This is all about getting people on mailing lists. So... I'm looking forward to cancelling some subscriptions.

Remember phi did put Giroux on the cover this year, could be dangerous.

JT will win it. It's already been decided.

Book it.

This was my thought from the get-go. The cover vote is rigged. Brandon Yip had 4chan and ****** voting for him and yet he did not make it past the very first voting round.

Voted a hell of a lot for JT last year, haven't voted a single time this year. EA wants him on the cover.

Yeah, I think your right. I also voted a lot last year for JT, and this year not at all. But he's cruising along. He will win it, and I don't mind its rigged. It'll be great to have him on the cover. I'll be excited to pick up a copy when they come out.

Is it me or are those squiggily distorted codes you have to enter, really really hard to read this year? I hate those things.

Unless we get word that JT is down and we need to vote, I'll vote then. Seems like he's the one EA wants on the cover. My wrists still hurt from last year and I'd rather not make it worse this year.

Let's go JT!

Considering EA put Peyton Hillis on the cover of Madden, a much more important (from their perspective) franchise, two years ago I wouldn't be so sure these are "rigged."

I read in the comments section of another site that Simmonds is actually up. Not sure if it was an accurate report or not, but he did upset Malkin. Doesn't EA periodically give updates through Twitter?

Nevermind. As of 18 hours ago, the leaders are JT, Bob, Marty and Datsyuk. Keep voting though - Who knows if we are up by 1 vote or 10,000!
