It's every damn game. Once they set up I just sit there with my jaw dropped trying to guess which player it's gonna bounce off of and past Hank

my brain says the caps take this, but the heart still believes in the rangers.

i'd like to see them come out and finally dominate the caps at even strength, as this team is actually capable of. sure, they'll get stuck in their own end at times, but no more constant capital powerplays as we've seen in the previous games @ the verizon.

nash and cally need to step up and contribute. it'd be nice if richards could do the same, but i've written off him at this point.

lgr!!!

Seriously, when's the last time we had an easy playoff game? When has another team just given away a game the way we've seen happen to other teams?

Well, Caps needed OT for a couple of games to squeak out a couple wins. That has to end sometime. Putting my vbucks on the Rangers, so they'd better win.

Long shot here, but I'm traveling for work this week. Would anyone happen to have a recommendation for a place to watch the game in Durango, Colorado tonight? Does Ska Brewing have TV's?

If anyone can answer this I will be shocked and very grateful.

Win or lose, something has to give. We are squandering away the best years of our superstar goalies career, because we canít construct a functional powerplay. The rangers should have won this series in 5 or 6 games.

There should be NO other goal this offseason but to develop special teams scoring. It needs to be this teamís #1 priority in all the moves they make going into the next season.

The game is in NBCSN. It's a national broadcast. I'm sure you'll find something.

Bruce Boudreau's team lost a game 7 at home yesterday. Time for his former team to do the same tonight.

I'm expecting out of any game, now is the time both teams big name players will start scoring. Seeing there are more scoring players on the Rangers I would predict a win from them, BUT it's going to be tough because Washington is home.

Hopefully they can pull through, put aside the fact they're away and come out with a much needed win.

LET'S GO RANGERS!!!!!

3-1 Caps (with EN)

1 goal by Brassard off of fluky bounce.

Lundqvist gets hung out to dry, shelled 50 shots against. Gets blamed for loss.

Might have something to do with the Toronto/Boston game at 7, but we would usually play at 7:30?

don't know, kind of confusing. Doesn't affect anything to much other than my sleeping schedule

Probably not, it'll be a high scoring game, back and forth until the end. Rangers play off of confidence, which they got from that shutout last night and Washington plays at home

Expecting since the Rangers know they're objective that they'll get themselves together and try to end the Caps. Only thing in their way is nervousness. I think they can overcome it though and come out with a 5-4 win in regulation. If it goes to OT, it'll be a nail-biting unpredictable finish.

HONOR.

TRADITION.

RESPECT.

This is what it means to be a NEW YORK RANGER.

All who wear this jersey take great responsibility and represent this city with tremendous pride.

We are a team of 1, we support one another, we work for a common goal.

We must be a team of ACTION, not re action, be DECISIVE.

We need to DOMINATE with our SPEED, SKILL, and EXECUTION. BE EXPLOSIVE. We have to push the pace. Be RELENTLESS.

Tonight we play with EFFORT. Tonight we play with HEART. Tonight we play for NEW YORK.

THIS IS WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A RANGER!!!!!

A round 2 should be easier, Boston or the Leafs. If we can only win this one...oh I'm so tired of the Caps.

You have to believe that with Lundqvist's heroics yesterday that our top players will find it in themselves to go above and beyond to win this game for Hank Anything less then a top effort all around is just unacceptable.
