Funny how certain numbers always stay in your head too. It's the first player I think of when I see 27 on the ice, even to this day.

It has to be Galchenyuk. There all awesome but Galchenyuk is head and shoulders above them all in talent. I still pinch myself everyday because I can't believe we have such a talented and promising center on the team. He's too good to be true.

Awards:
Alex Galchenyuk.

Followed him through his season with Sarnia, woke up early every morning to catch his games with the States before heading out to work and then watched him blossom as a Montreal Canadien. So damn proud of the kid.

I like Gallagher. I like Prust. I like Tinordi. But a lot, a LOT of people here look like they don't understand how HUGE a guy like Galchenyuk is for that franchise. We've been starving for the kind of superior talent for God knows how many years. A big body presence down the middle with elite skills and a top-notch combination of work ethic and attitude.

It has to be Galchenyuk. And it's not even close.

And dare I say, it comes from Prust's biggest fan on these forums.

Prust and Gallagher are the 2 I would choose.

I want an "All of the Above" box!!! I put Gallagher because of what he did all season long, but could have put any of the four. Love all of them and look forward to seeing them play more next season. Both Gally's better get increased minutes and roles, too!

Gallagher is always going to be a good complementary player with a great shot and some incredible hustle around the net who plays with grit.

Galchenyuk has the potential of a franchise talent. You just can't choose anybody else in my opinion.

Hands down Galchenyuk. I love Gallagher too, but I was hoping to get AGally and "internet scouting" Galchenyuk for almost all of his draft year. I was so happy when the blue jackets took Murray, i jumped out of my seat because I knew that meant that MTL would take Galchenyuk. Throughout the lockout i followed Sarnia very closely, and watched every USA game in the world juniors. As much as I love Gallagher, I feel way more attached to Galchenyuk as he is by far my favorite player in the NHL now. Every time he scores it makes me so much more excited, and even when he gets an assist i'm ecstatic.

fournier is a player i really want to see succeed. he is the type of player i want montreal to get every off season and draft. from what i saw of him with the mooseheads he looked good. is there a reason he was left undrafted?

are there notable players like him that were overlooked in drafts and still went on to have productive careers? i know st louis wasnt but with him it was likely his lack of size.

Love all of them, but I had to go with Gallagher. This guy really surprised me. Ive said before that he'd be a career AHL player and that he'd never make it to the NHL.

He basically made me eat crow.

That is one tough poll. I went with Gallagher, but Galchenyuk and Prust were close behind.

hands down, ainec, alex gallagher -- i mean brandon gallagher.

yes galchenyuk's got all the talent, but little G's balls to the wall, honey badger attitude just constantly puts a giant grin on my face.

Tough to choose between Gallagher and Galchenyuk. I went with Gallagher. I love that little guy and he gives me the most enjoyment when watching games. I suspect that in a year or two Galchenyuk would be my answer.

Gallagher, already have his #11 jersey.

The wife picked it up at the Bell Center in May for me.

Gallagher is awesome, watching him take all kinds of punishment only to come out of it with a gigantic smile on his face is amazing, you can tell that he really loves playing hockey.
