Don't forget that bonehead Neal. It was a valid point, and I thought his 5 question marks were entirely uncalled for.

It was a very complex statement...it probably confused him.

Damn, the Red Wings defense was terrible today, especially Smith. Kindl was the only one who played decently, and I hope they turn it up a notch, so that the series will be more interesting.

The Hawks are going to steamroll Detroit. Unless Jimmy Howard turns into Patrick Roy.

The Hawks are flying under the radar a bit in the media, which seems to have cascaded down to public opinion.

Everyone has expected the Wings to make a series of this and hardly anyone is pumping up the Hawks like they talk about the Kings or Pens. I know Chicago didn't show their best against the Wild, but they still closed the deal faster than anyone else execpt for San Jose (and as quickly as Ottawa).

I don't think the Hawks will have any trouble with Detroit.

Agreed, considering how strong Chicago was all year I don't know why they suddenly took a backseat to several other PO teams the moment the postseason began.

The between-period commentators through the Hawks games to date occasionally asked when the regular-season dominant Hawks were going to show up. PJ Stock expressed disappointment after the first period that it was a sluggish one for both teams and the Red Wings should be pleased to be tied. Chicago didn't really start to dominate until late in the game.

I think they are doing fine by not going all firewagon and trying to destroy the Wild and, now, Red Wings. They seem to be balancing their lines well so everyone should be fresh as they progress through the rounds.

Really hoping the Sharks or Senators win the cup. At least we have some silver lining if the Pens win, Jarome Iginla really deserves to hoist the cup.

I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.

I'm of the opinion that Iginla lost that grace once he insisted on playing for a scum organization.

You should be throwing up in your mouth so much that you choke on your own vomit. There is no good that comes if the Pens win the Cup, none! **** Iginla.

Pens are media darlings and made big move at deadline which led to many claiming they were "unstoppable"

Kings play a more old fashioned thorwback style of hockey (Big , Phyiscal with strong goaltending)

Hawks have flown under radar all year. Even during there streak alot of other stories got more attention

Media seems rather quick to dismiss the Hawks because of Crawford (Who has been fantastic this year) and Bowman (Not doing anything but add Handzus at deadline)

Reminds me of 2010 to be honest. Hawks weren't supposed to contend with Niemi in net and didn't do anything at trade deadline outside of bring in Nick Boynton

Sharks/Caps/Pens got all the attention in 2010 as well ,, Hawks flew under radar most of year

I kind of like the Hawks flying under radar again

Just a hypothetical believe me I'm in no way shape or form rooting for the Penguins and I hope the Senators find a way to embarrass them.

Haha, how did Kane get consideration for this award? The only way I can see it is he actually tried to have his way with Lady Byng

I have no idea that's why I posted it. I figured someone would pickup on one of those names not belonging in there.

Claims are out there that Ovi had a broken foot since games 6 and 7.

He's playing in the World Championship's right now. He played today actually and scored a goal.

It seems like just another excuse for his horrid play.

To me if he's still playing on it then you can't use it as an excuse for his horrible play in the playoffs.

He could have simply declined the tournament and took the time to rest so obviously it doesn't bother him too much.

It's a hairline fracture too btw.

I didn't think OV was that bad in the POs. Mojo and Backstrom were brutally invisible though, leaving basically OV, Holtby, Green, and a couple 3rd/4th liners to try and pull through.
