yep.....the NHL store uses Arena Wear....who are the same company the Rangers use for their own Jersey's. Can't get more legit (Nameplate, Lettering, Fabric Material) than that. I've had 2 Jersey's done at the NHL store......both are PERFECT
Did you get this done on a Premier or Authentic?

By NHL store, you mean the online store? (http://shop.nhl.com) or the store in NYC itself?

Last year, I ordered a Winter Classic jersey from sportsk.com, and the jersey has nameplate and stiched name and numbers on it.

Ah, okay. My brother was at the NHL store, but they said they couldn't print Brassard on the jerset because he's new at the team. Big disappointment today. I will just order from sportsk.com.

As I mentioned, the WC jersey was top notch

I thought the NHL store normally does press on lettering but will ship it out to get stitched on for you for an additional fee.

Ya I was just looking at the NHL stores facebook page and all the jerseys shown in pictures had press on lettering.

Maybe tomorrow after work I'll stop in and see if they have anything with a plate on it. Doesn't seem worth it to pay $225+ an additional fee and wait time to get it with a name plate and stitched when you can just order from sportsk.com for $165.

The $225 was for those that were customized already. A lot of the jerseys used to be the NHL.com type customizing but a lot of them in there now have everything fully stitched with nameplates. The jerseys are top notch but it's a steep price to pay.

They sold these in the online NHL store last year around the WC. They were very pricy though. 350 dollars.

I'm wondering if anyone who knows can give me an idea of exactly how big a size 58 team issued edge 2.0 jersey would be? my only reference point would be a size 54 and 56 edge 1.0 jersey and I remember the 56 was noticeably wider than the 54. that being said, would the 58 be significantly wider than the 56? I am 5'10 and weigh 205 lbs and don't necessarily like to wear my jerseys too baggy, that's why I am selling my Nash premier jersey, it is an xl and I think it's too big for my tastes

If theire signed for next year, could we see tee shirts of Brassard and zuccarello?

Who decides which players gets theire name on merchandise and such? Is it Rangers?reebok (they make the tee shirts) or the NHL?

Well, my 2 new additions for the month of May:

The first picture is from the NHL online shop, but I ordered somewhere else since I want the letters stitched on a nameplate, rather than pressed. It's just to show who I am getting on the back

The second is an amazing new design by webleedblue.com. They sell t-shirts with various designs. I already have one with MacTruck but this one is maybe even better.

If the sizings are similar between the old and the new, this guy would need at least a 56, maybe higher I would think, but I think I read somewhere that the new edge jerseys are larger??
I tried a 54 in the indo and it was huge on me so I ordered the Canadian authentic in a 52 and it fit good even bigger under the arm area

Really? I'm not sure if the 2.0 runs different than the 1.0 but I'm 5'11 220 and the 52 fits me good even really bagy under the arms.

I also have a premier winter classic in an XL a d it is roomy but fits good

^^ is 100% correct. Went in to the NHL Store just before closing on Saturday. A lot of the premier jerseys available there have the custom stitching job, with the exceptions being any big name player on one of the Original 6 teams left in the playoffs (which unfortunately I was looking for). I went the ArenaWear route and the gentlemen that helped me said about 7-10 for it to arrive. $195 including the shipping (Google NHL Store coupon for 15% off).

On a side note, I was amazed how small the store was for being a "flagship" store.

So I just picked up an Indo Edge jersey that I bought on eBay. I can't compare it to the edge 2.0 jerseys, but it's really not [I]that[I] bad of a jersey. my edge 1.0s are definitely higher quality, but this jersey is much better quality than a premier jersey. so my point is, if you can get one of these for around the same cost as a premier, it is worth the money. it is no way worth the full retail price however.
