I picked other. Only for the reason that picking at 11 Valeri will be long gone and there are other forwards I want at that point over Domi.

I went with Domi because Domi would want me to troll this poll.

Neither, because I don't think they're the best player available.

I think the problem is where we draft... I'd like for Nishkushkin to fall down to us, but I think without the Flyers making a move hes gone

Seriously, anyone bashing Domi haven't seen him play recently, yes he's small, but this guy is a blast, he's a winner, great hands, super quick, he can be a ***** to play against, with the Russian factor, i take Domi over Nichuskin anyday you can't be sure that he will one day play in NHL, ask the Caps about Kuznetsov.

Except Nichushkin has come out and said that he hopes the flyers draft him.

He's clearly come over

3 years away? Come one Nichuskin probably signed a huge big contract in KHL, which will earn him more money that he will ever earn as a rookie in NHL. Domi will probably play one more season with London, but he's ready for 14/15.

Kuznetsov claimed that he canno't wait to play with Ovechkin/Semin (Caps at that time), McPhee said he had a deal with him to bring him back one year after he was drafted, it was in 2010, he wont be in US until october 2014.

Nichushkin > Domi

He has an out-clause in his contract for after next season and was pissed off that his team moved him a couple of weeks ago. He also makes $2M on his current two year deal that's not that much more than rookies in the NHL.

I would take a chance on the player who has star potential in this case.

Valeri is literally a combination of OVI and Malkin.. hard not to take the guy, although I do think Domi will be much like Marchard... that skilled yapper.. really a pain to play against.. wouldn't hate either to be honest.

Eh, I don't think he's as good as any of them.

He has some similarities to Malkin but I would say a Rick Nash comparison would be more accurate.

Depends on what type of OVI were talking about.. In the sense I'm speaking of I think he protects the puck just as well as Malkin, and mind you the little I've seen he just has that ability like OVI to go to the net with the puck, and it doesn't matter if theres a defender or not. He may not have the same shot and high end skill but he does the little things at an ELITE level which makes him a very interesting draft choice.

Yeah, I'd be all over him, I was just saying I don't think he has the same upside.
