That wasn't Zeus' fault though. We had three bodies within five feet of the net and nobody was interested in creating a screen.

I wouldn't say well enough to win. But the play wasn't indicative of the final score.

The reffing has been one-sided...but the Hawks have also had plenty of opportunities they did not capitalize on. It was a winnable game had they simply played better.

It's not so much what they're calling, but what they're allowing to happen.

This clutch, grab, interfere, mug style of hockey is the only way Detroit can beat us. Plays right into their hands but we knew the Hawks might be in trouble in the playoffs against teams like this.

Just thought it'd be another round before it cropped up.

Nice hockey NHL.

Yes. Do I really need to explain why a perfect PK helps a team win hockey games?

Hawks were the better team in 2 out of 3 periods on the road. That is certainly "well enough to win." Once again Howard makes 35+ saves.

My mistake, I thought Detroit was winning this game, and the last one.

If we don't win game 4, it's going to be real difficult to win this series, even if we are the better team.

Where have you been? It went on the entire Minnesota series with very few calls. This is EXACTLY the type of refereeing we could ill afford to see. Players like Toews are getting absolutely mugged. It's an obstruction paradise out there right now.

If Bickell played with this much heart in the regular season he'd be a franchise building block.

Good enough to win would mean that we won... You're only good enough to win if... you win.

That logic is so asinine and backwards I'm done with it.

The Wings continue to shove Toews after every stoppage. Are the refs retarded. They're hitting him in the shoulders with their sticks before the plays even over to be honest. How are we the only penalized team there. This is so garbage.

Apparently you can only cross-check Toews for it to not be a penalty.

I guess there's only so long you can keep one of those in your pants before you have to throw it.

...and we'll be finishing on the PK
