I don't know how Quick didn't get called there? He took two swipes at two different players.

SJ back to the PP anyway.

How many think Brown plastering Couture without the puck was accidental?

Me neither.

I haven't seen the play, but Brown has been dirty of late.

Wow, LA just got royally screwed out of a clear goal by a quick whistle.

It takes a lot for me to hate an American player but Brown pulled it off.

The Sharks defenseman was retrieving the puck, and Couture was skating in the neutral zone. Brown took a direct route towards the puck right through Couture.

Richards is single handedly getting dominated by thornton this series. Bad matchup for him. I think the same thing would happen to giroux

The LA Kings let some guy take over their twitter for the 2nd period and he just made tasteless jokes and threw up a picture of Couture in a tutu. Pretty dumb idea because they have the best twitter in the NHL.

I was looking through the tweets to see what people were getting offended by. Other than being an extreme homer with unfunny jokes I didn't really find anything wrong.

I kind of think their normal twitter's not that funny neither though.

The one joke people weren't happy with was the sexual assault one.

He must have deleted it or the Kings did then because I didn't see that one.

I don't really find it something to be outraged about but he would have been better off just not saying something like that on twitter with a wide audience.

I don't think I like the King's chances in this series now.

Brown would be a fan favorite if he was a Flyer.

I still think the Kings win in 7. Both teams held serve at home. I expect that to continue IMO

I would love to have Brown, but he has been doing a LOT of reckless **** recently. A star player is useless if he's suspended a lot, or starts getting reputation calls against.*

*HA. Like that would happen.

The Sharks still have to win a road game to win the series.

Definitely the best series of round 2, though. Some Sharks fans had an epic meltdown after game 2 claiming that the NHL is rigged for the Kings to advance; wonder what they think now after back-to-back games where LA had some poor decisions go against them.

No love lost for the Rangers predicament. Heard on NHL radio that Rangers may consider buying out Richards....25M

Nash has looked ok but dude can't finish....

Bruins are just too deep...

Hoping Ottawa knocks off the Pens!

He's been horrible this year in the games I watched of them. Completely invisible. I was shocked when I saw he had 36 points or something like that this year.

If I was New York I would just wait it out until next summer though. They don't really need the cap space this summer.

I really don't think Richards has been as bad as rangers fans want to say.

He went from being over a PPG in his last 2 years with Dallas to being about a 65 ppg player with NYR. The rangers really need to get rid of Tortorella badly. He's just killing the team

Richards last night had the second lowest ice time 5 on 5 on the team ahead of Asham. They have some problems up there when their "1st line center" is playing only 6 mins of 5 on 5.

i actually picked the Rangers in 7. Mainly because of the Lundqvist factor. He isnt the reason they are down 0-3. He has got zero help from his defense or his offense.

Tortorella needs to go but he's not the reason Richards has sucked this year. 1 point in 10 games. I know Nash hasn't been lighting up the score sheet either but he's at least been noticeable out there with creating scoring chances.

As for Hank its been the story of his career carrying them in the playoffs when the rest of the team doesn't show up.

Brad Richards is 33, so it's not impossible he's hitting the age wall.

Sather should just give up on the high profile free agent thing and try to build through the draft.
