As good as he's been, we should really see how he does in a full season before arguing over who we are going to trade away to make room for him.

This is a good problem to have. We haven't had depth like this is years.

Pageau really has been a smart, scrappy little buzzsaw. He wins almost every battle for the puck along the boards where the puck constantly bobbles off of Turris's stick or Spetsa who just throws a blind pass in the wrong direction sending the opposition on a breakaway. He's extremely smart and, like a right-handed Kelly, has proven to be reliable taking a faceoff late in the game. Richardson has trained him well.

The "Pageau" chants have gotten a litle annoying, do the cheer if he makes a good play or something but not everytime he touches the ice.

Pageau has looked great, and it's an inspiring story . . . but you're right in that people can't get to far ahead of themselves after one solid playoff run from the guy.

Less we forget Peter Regin.

After watching him play since Gatineau i never thought he would get a chance this early

the thing i liked with pageau forget about the points he put up. He was thrown in as bottom 6 player unlike other rookies who got every chance to play with top 6 players

I find that you see his high IQ for the game creating chances almost everytime he's on the ice and making players around him better instead of the reverse. He's been very solid Offensively and defensive and rarely making any mistake

Now i just hope with his size he can keep it up for a full 82 game schedule

Kind of makes you wonder what if we insert DD or even Pelz into the lineup.

Your whining about it is far more annoying.

Benoit Groulx has had a much more significant impact on Pageau's development than Richardson.

Literally could not disagree more. Can't ever imagine that chant getting on my nerves, always brings a smile to my face (while singing).
