Sean Avery Question

Where do you see Sean Avery playing this year? How many minutes? On the PK? etc.
I'm wondering if he can tone it down and increase his production while remaining an agitator...

He'll be asked to do more offensively. Third line. He can't help but aggitate, I suspect he takes as much as he gives. He won't get as much special teams time as last year. 10 minutes toi/gm? This season is the crux of his carreer, he learns or burns. There will be little tolerance for stupidity. Rest assured that there will also be a host of ticky tack penalties. He should just put on a Chelios mask and be nominated for the Lady Bing.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.
The fact that he is listed on the 2nd line LW in both Hockey News and Sportline depth charts had caught my attention.

About the same chance as getting T.O. to tone it down

It seemed pretty optimisitic, that's why I figured I'd stop by and maybe find someone who went to training camp or saw some preseason games.

Actually he liked his pink stick so much from last season (after all, it DID help score a BIG goal for him!) that he decided to market his own female inspired hockey apparel named 'Pink Sticks 4 Chicks'....

I tried to convince Eric Belanger to try the pink stick (I was at the Pond on 4-4 and EB was in the runway prepping his sticks) and he said something to the effect that Avery had already scored all the goals it had in it. Then he said "Yeah, that was a real beauty, wasn't it?"
