It's been like this for a while now. It can be frustrating, but it's fair.

Yay, auto-pick Calgary: Connor Rankin

Wish we could skip Florida too...

From Cedar Rapids (USHL) Ross Olsson.

Huge wing with a nice skill package, physicality, skating stride and balance. Must work on his first two steps. Once in motion, he gets quick, he becomes a powerful load to stop. Needs to engage physically but does have a quick stick and the long reach that comes with a six-four youngster. Has a big shot and could have the makings of a power forward.

Who has LA?
If you look at his PIM stats he is very physical. Big at now 6'5" and 210lbs

With the 99th overall pick
Nashville Predators are proud to select

Carl Dahlström

Attachment 64743

Strong large molded Swedish defenseman that is refining his game. Active, smart, and fluid. Has good feet, improved stick-handling and is showing he belongs on the draft lists. He has plenty of developing to do, but has outstanding upside.

It's time for an auto-pick for NJ (actually it's past due), but since I'm picking next, I think you should make the pick Ice Daddy.

The Dallas Stars are really proud to select, from the WHL Kamloops Blazers, forward JC Lipon.

"We believe Lipon is a late bloomer and when we compare his stats to those picked in the 2011 draft, when he was first eligible, we see that he is now amongst the top players of this age group. Sure he is older than most 2013 draftees, but we like that he'll be joining our professionnal ranks as soon as next year. JC is a good skater who always works hard and likes the physical play. If he keeps working hard, he will be a NHLer for sure, and we want it to be in Dallas."

10 - Hunter Shinkaruk, LW
40 - Madison Bowey, D
53 - Oliver Bjorkstrand, W
56 - Connor Hurley, C
68 - Tommy Vannelli, D
101 - JC Lipon, C
131 -

161 -
182 -

Nice. I took Bowey at 37 and Bjorkstrand at 58 with the Oilers. Two very intriguing prospects.

Vanelli and Lipon will likely go higher, so great job! Shinkaruk is an obvious good pick as well. Very solid draft.

Thanks! Couldn't really believe that Vannelli was still on the board. I took Bjorkstrand and Hurley before, because I wanted forwards there, but was really happy to be able to draft Vannelli this late. He is going in the 2nd round for sure IMO.

Just realized something… It was not Detroit's turn (my mistake, I PMed him after Ottawa's auto-pick, because I thought we were at 109). Should have been LA.

I'll wait for IceDaddy to arrange this, but right now it's autopick for LA: Tyler Motte.

Winnipeg gets on the clock (all their picks have been auto right? If so, I'll let IceDaddy make another one too)
